Kitchen and utilities: Modern fitted kitchen with double oven, gas hob, integrated microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Utility room with tumble dryer and washing machine. 
Entertainment: Smart TV with Sky Sports. Wi-Fi available.
For families:  Travel cot, high chair and stairgate available on request. Please bring your own cot linen.
Outside:  Private walled garden with bright pops of colour, outdoor seating and partial sea views. 
General: Central heating and electricity included. Bed linen, towels and 1 hairdryer provided. Welcome pack on arrival includes tea, coffee, milk, sugar and a bottle of champagne.

No smoking  inside the cottage.
Parking: Driveway parking available for 2-3 cars. Car park permits are provided to enter and leave throughout the Belmont Arch.
