For stays of more than 10 nights, it is considered a seasonal rental in accordance with Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, and a seasonal rental contract must be signed.

The Space:
As you enter the apartment you have the family bathroom to the left. You continue down the hallway and you enter the open plan lounge with modern furnishings, sofa, dining table and smart tv. There is American style kitchen equipped with a dishwasher. The master bedroom has a brand new box-sprung double bed with en-suite with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has twin single beds. From the living room you exit on to the balcony where there is a lovely outdoor seating to enjoy the fresh air. There is both hot and cold Air-conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout.

The Neighborhood:
Amenecer VI is located in Los Almendros, Orihuela Costa. It is close to Dream Hills and Pau 8. Local bars and restaurants are only a 10-20 minute walk away and the nearest supermarket is a 2 minute drive away.

Getting Around:
We recommend a car to get out and about to explore the surrounding area.

Please note that as Amanecer VI is a new development and the area surrounding property is still under construction.

Please be aware that any arrivals between 21:00 and 09:00 are subject to a late meet and greet fee of 35€ which is paid locally upon arrival.
