The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom has a modern walk in shower with high spec finishing touches. Every item of furniture has been carefully selected to perfectly slip into this 19th century buildings quirky layout, which gives this apartment a unique traditional feel with an immaculate modern finish.
The flat is classed as Lower Ashley Road but the entrance to the flat is actually at the top of Tudor Road. Lower Ashley Road is free to park but has limited spaces.
The 2 closest streets to the flat are London Road and Tudor Road which are pay and display or permit holders between 9am-5pm Monday-Friday. There are a number of other streets in the area which are free to park that are close to the flat, Conduit Road, Gordon Road, Summers Terrace, Summers Road.
Late check out and early check in is available on request when possible. Fees apply to cover cleaners cost.
Lost keys will be charged at £50.
