Bristol's cultural hub, Stoke's Croft, is just a 10 minute walk away and the trendy Mina road a 5 min walk in the opposite direction.

The apartment itself is part of a new development and can sleep up to 4 guests comfortably. The apartment is 1 of 4 so please enquire if you wish to bring a larger group.
Every detail has been designed with your stay in mind, from the high end mattresses to the bespoke kitchen and the comfy sofa.
The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom has a modern walk in shower with high spec finishing touches.
Every item of furniture has been carefully selected to perfectly slip into this 19th century buildings quirky layout, which gives this apartment a unique traditional feel with an immaculate modern finish.

The Location:
The flat is classed as Lower Ashley Road but the entrance to the flat is actually at the top of Tudor Road.

Lower Ashley Road is free to park but has limited spaces.

The two closest streets to the flat are London Road and Tudor Road which are pay and display or permit holders between 9am-5pm Monday-Friday.

There are a number of other streets in the area which are free to park that are close to the flat, Conduit Road, Gordon Road, Summers Terrace & Summers Road.

Late check out and early check in is available on request where possible. Fees apply to cover cleaners cost.

Please note there is not a washing machine at the flat. The closest launderettes can be found on Mina Road or Newfoundland Road, both are roughly a 5-10 minute walk from the flat.

The Area:
Stokes Croft - A vibrant multicultural area with lots of independent shops, cafes and bars.

Cabot Circus - Bristol's main retail hub with a mix of high street and high end brands as well as lots of Restaurants.

Gloucester Road - A famous Bristol street, running north from the centre and lined with independent shops, restaurants and bars. The vibe of this iconic street has been replicated in many areas around the city, none more so than North street in Bedminster.

North Street Bedminster - Many independent shops and bars line this thriving South Bristol street all the way down to Ashton gate stadium the recently redeveloped 27,000 seat capacity home of Bristol City & The Bristol Bears.

Clifton - Streets lined with beautiful Georgian buildings, home to multiple museums and galleries as well as the world famous Clifton Suspension Bridge, the Avon Gorge Hotel has a huge terrace with fantastic views of the bridge. The place to go for high end restaurants and bars, such as The Ivy, Cote Brasserie and The Lido.

Wapping Wharf - A recent development located along Bristol's harbourside. Close to the Matthew and the SS Great Britain, it is made up of shipping containers that have been uniquely converted in to places to eat and drink. Some of the popular restaurants include Seven Lucky Gods, Harbour & Browns and Gambas Tapas Bar.

Live music venues in Bristol include, The Fleece, SWX, Motion/Marble Factory, o2 Academy, The Trinity Centre, Anson Rooms and The Thekla.

Dot to Dot Festival, Love Saves The Day and Tokyo World are among some of the annual music events held in Bristol.

Bristol's Balloon Fiesta is always great for all the family and is held once a year at Ashton Court Estate.
