The East Coast is just a short distance away with its sandy beaches and the traditional seaside resort of Great Yarmouth. Norwich with its culture, castle, theatre, cafes and shopping opportunities is not to be missed. The area is excellent for enjoying birdwatching and exploring wildlife at a wide variety of fens including our own adopted charity, Wheatfen.

General: Oil fired central heating is available all year round on request at £30 per week May-Sept and £50 per week Oct-Apr, payable on booking.
Utilities: Induction hob, double oven, full height fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer.
Standard:  Toaster, iron, microwave.
Other:  Linen provided, towels cost £10 per person payable on booking. Travel cot, Highchair and Stairgate are available on request.
Outdoors:  Large lawned garden to the front of the property with garden furniture. Partial enclosed garden to the rear with table and chairs and charcoal barbecue.
Parking:  Off-road parking to comfortably house 4 cars.
