This period town house is situated to the West of Bath city centre, next to Royal Victoria Park. The park is a vast tranquil green space with a huge playground, skate park, crazy golf, and a summer beach bar and an ice rink and log tavern in the winter, not heard from the house!
A picturesque walk through the park, with the iconic Royal Crescent as a backdrop will bring you into the city centre, where you’ll find cultural and sporting attractions, shopping and plenty of restaurants and bars.
The space
Charlotte street car park would be your nearest carpark, alternatively there is 2 hours free outside the property or an hour free in Victoria park, the closes free parking would be in the Weston area above zone 12 or on the road of the Approach golf course On the ground floor is a comfortable and warm sitting room which leads through to a compact, well-equipped kitchen and dining area. Through the hallway is a cloak room, downstairs is the utility area and up the stairs leads to the spacious primary bedroom and lovely large bathroom with roll top bath and separate shower enclosure. Up another narrow flight of stairs brings you to a lovely double bedroom and a twin room perfect for children with books and games for their entertainment. These two bedrooms have access to a Jack and Jill bathroom.
The property benefits from having a pretty walled garden to enjoy, perfect for pets and Victoria park across the road is a wonderful spot to walk a dog.
This is a great house for friends and family to get together and provides the perfect base to explore all that Bath and the surrounding countryside has to offer.

There is Tesco Local within a short walk, The Victoria pub and Picnic in The Park are great for breakfast, both within a 2 minute walk.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
