The bedrooms consist of three super king-sizes, a super king-size zip/link, a twin, and a ground-floor double bedroom with en-suite shower room, along with two bathrooms and two cloakrooms. The large garden has lawn, patio and furniture, and there is off-road parking for five cars. Within 1 mile, there is a shop, and within 0.9, a pub. One well-behaved dog is welcome; however, no smoking. Dogs must be kept on leads when in the grounds due to livestock. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Royal Oak Inn and Swans Nest are excellent dining options, and you can stock up at the nearby supermarket. The town of Topsham, the cathedral city of Exeter, and Dartmoor National Park are all nearby.
