Remarkable 4-Bed House in St Minver, Rock

Welcome to our beautiful house in St. Minver, Rock. We hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind.
The house is new with all eco friendly equipment, ie air source heat pump and air filtration system


As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has an American fridge freezer with ice maker and filtered water, a induction hob, 3 ovens, a hot tap, with a kettle in the cupboard if needed, wine chill fridge and a microwave.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a smart television in all bedrooms and lounge and internet access.
Utility room has washing machine, drier, ironing board and iron and sink.
All open plan kitchen, dining and lounge with an extra table in the lounge for playing games or working space.

This house has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 8.
In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed.
In the next bedroom, there is a twin bed.
The third bedroom contains a king size bed.
The fourth bedroom contains a super king bed.


There are 3 bathrooms.
The first bathroom on the ground floor, has a toilet and sink and a shower.
The next bathroom has a toilet, full sized bath, sink and a walk-in shower.
The third bathroom, in the master bedroom en suite, has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.

Linen, Egyptian cotton and bamboo sheets, and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. Beach towels provided. Travel cot, without bedding, and high chair and stair guards are provided on request
Outside you will find a patio with seating and table for those evening barbecues or glass of wine.
Outside warm shower to wash your wet suits off and the sand from you.
Parking for 3-4 cars on site. Lighting up the drive and side of house for ease coming back from your evening out.
All ground floor and patio and entrance is level.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 5pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed inside.
- There is free parking on premises for 3-4 cars and more parking facilities are available on the road.
- Pets are not allowed at the property as pet’s on-site
