Der Tennisplatz muss sein

Die Villa liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel. Mit dem Auto sind es etwas mehr als 10 Minuten zum Strand. Zur Fähre nach Lissabon sind es etwa 25 Minuten. Also eignet sich die Lage super für viele Ausflüge. Der Gastgeber hat viele tolle Tipps in einer Mappe gesammelt. Wir waren Ende Oktober dort, da war der Pool etwas kalt, aber die Kinder waren trotzdem schwimmen. Wir alle liebten den Tennisplatz. Tennis ist immer eine tolle Beschäftigung für uns im Urlaub. Die Villa selbst ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und etwas feucht. Aber es ist sehr sauber und super ausgestattet mit ausreichend Gläsern, Besteck, Töpfen und Küchengeräten. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen

Wundervolle Villa

Was für wunderschöne 14 Tage in dieser Villa. Wir sind 10 Personen gewesen (7-55 Jahre) und hatten ausreichend Platz. Sehr nettes Personal und João war wirklich jederzeit erreichbar und immer bei Fragen sehr hilfsbereit - wirklich super!! Der Pool ist wirklich außergewöhnlich, so einen großen Pool für uns alleine haben wir noch nicht erlebt und dann auch noch die Tiefe Ecke, wo man sehr schön reinspringen konnte 😊 das Anwesen ist wirklich riesig mit einem wunderschönen, gepflegten Garten. Viele Anwesen drumherum sind mit Mauern umrandet, aber hier war alles so schön Grün, wie eine Oase. Man kann hier super Grillen, Tischtennis/Tennis/Basketball/Fußball spielen. Gesellschaftsspiele sind auch vorhanden. Ausstattung der Küche war auch super, so das man gut kochen konnte. Drei Kühlschränke und Eisfächer waren auch sehr hilfreich um Bier und andere Getränke kalt zu stellen 😊 Aldi und Lidl sind direkt um die Ecke und der Strand ist mit dem Auto auch in 5 Minuten zu erreichen - fahrt unten am Strand nach links, da könnt ihr direkt am Strand im Sand parken 👍 Als Tip von uns zum Essen können wir euch „Sunrise Costa de Caparica“ nennen, ist mit dem Auto zu erreichen, direkt am Strand, wunderschöner Sonnenuntergang und die Gerichte für zwei Personen mit Tischgrill waren super - Personal super nett! Vielen Dank João für die wunderschöne Zeit und die wirklich problemlose und freundliche Betreuung.

Urlaub vom Feinsten

In einer umwerfenden Parklandschaft mit herrlichem Swimmingpool steht eine Villa die es an Nichts fehlen lässt. Auf dem gepflegten Tennisplatz lässt sich gut spielen, nach der Abkühlung im Pool stehen sonnige und schattige Plätzchen zum Relaxen zur Verfügung. Am Nebenhaus befindet sich die Grill-Station die gut ausgestattet ist. Lidl, Aldi und einheimische Ladenketten sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar, der riesige und herrliche Strand ist ebenfalls nur Minuten entfernt. In den naheliegenden Restaurants ist für Jeden etwas zu finden. Die Betreuung durch João und seine Mitarbeiter war toll. Fazit: Sehr empfehlenswert

Amazing and comfortable

We had a wonderful trip and time in Portugal. The house was as detailed in the listing. The grounds were beautiful and kept us outside when we were at the house. It was location wise close enough for us to get to anything we wanted to go and do and the host João had wonderful instructions for where to visit and what to eat. We would absolutely stay there again!!

Nice Villa

The communication of the owner of the property was great. Right away he sent us a detailed welcome email. We were a big group and everyone was very comfortable. I only wish the weather was warmer so we could enjoy the pool too! The whole time our kids were outside playing basketball/table tennis and just hanging out, exactly what I imagined they do. It’s a beautiful neighborhood. We would stay here again!

Stunning property

My family and I stayed at João’s property and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. It was away from the busyness of the city, but close enough where everything was accessible. The amenities on the property were stellar and we took advantage of all it had to offer (minus the pool because it was quite chilly outside when we visited). João is an incredible host, and he gives such great recommendations of where to go. 10/10 highly recommend and would come back in a heartbeat

Til prisen vi betalte for huset, burde havemøblerne udenfor også være bedre at sidde på, der var det bænkesæt, som også var dårlige at sidde ved. Værten var en rar mand, der gav os god vejledning og hjalp os med at få transfer til lufthavnen, da vi skulle hjem. Så alt i alt en middel oplevelse.

Great holiday in this complete, well equiped villa

Very friendly and explanation upon arrival. João is very helpful and explained us what we could visit during our stay. Great tenniscourt, swimming pool, etc. Good beds (important!) Close to the beach, stores and Lisbon city.

Very nice outside area

The outside area of this property is very nice. A very large swimming pool, tennis court and lovely gardens. With the addition of a table tennis table and Table Football there is plenty to occupy families and adult groups.

Great location and nice villa

Nice and very cosy villa, superb pool, sporting ground and terrace. Clean, comfortable house, very fast reacting management, no issues with house appliances. Great location within 20 min driving range to everywhere, 5 min to ocean. Additional service provided from owner - home dinner at restaurant level, winery visiting.

Villa with lot of amenities

Villa was very convinient for two families with 10 people. Lot of activities on site and Joao was very helpful to arrange activities on the region. We hired bikes which were great fun. Also tooked wine tasting which was arranged by Joao with tranports. Pool was great and Bing with 3,5 meters deepend. We were very happy with all premimisies and arrangements.

Everything we were looking for

We had a nice stay in this villa. We really enjoyed the pool and other activities. Location is pretty good for getting around Portugal and drive around different interesting attractions. Nothing to complain about. Our group is thankful for this opportunity.

Fantastic holiday 😀

We were a party of 10 adults all family. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. The swimming pool and gardens are fantastic. Joao the owner was really helpful and always replied to any questions we had. The 3 adults in the garden house could have done with a fan as it was hot at night. The villa was roomy. None of us felt we were living on top of each other. The welcome pack of food was good. We used Ubers all week so no need for a car. Thank you Joao

Fantastic facilities close to beach and Lisbon

I stayed in the villa with 10 friends for 1 week. The villa was fantastic. The pool and tennis court were amazing. The Villa was really nice and clean and Joao was extremely helpful. Really nice beach just three minutes in a taxi. Amazing seafood there too! Would 100% recommend to groups.

Large villa with great pool and tennis courts and outside space.

Three families totalling 12 stayed in the villa for two weeks. The pool was great, large and clean. Visible from the seating/lounging area which was great. The tennis court was new and a great space as were the gardens. Very secure. Local beach beautiful with a number of restaurants and bars. Two supermarkets close but not walkable distance. Very easy to Uber everywhere if you don’t want to hire a car. The annex beds weren’t great and the family staying in there did feel dissatisfied compared with those in the villa. Not comfortable and no fans available in the annex. Plenty of fridge and freezer space for drinks and food. Large kitchen with plenty of utilities. Large washing machine was very good! We very much enjoyed ourselves.

Nice house, incredible garden and poolarea

The house is big and nice. The kitchen has all the things you need, big diningtable, but the best part of this house, is the garden and poolarea! We loved it and no fight to get a sunbed😀 big diningareas outside, we hardly spent any time inside. Great service when we arrived, the kleening is excelent, lots of good tips to where to go and what to do, Joao and this people did a great job doing everything they could to make our stay perfect! There is a fitness and spa in the neibourhood (7min walking) and about 3km to Lidl and Aldi. The beach is 5km away, and very nice, both for small children and surfers. The beachclub on your left side when you get down to the beach, had the best burgers. We had a car, but Uber was working perfect. Nexttime we will only use Uber. It was a bit problematic to find parking at the beach, but we found it every time. 10min to shopping Rio Sul, with a BIG Continente. There are many great restaurants within 5km, we can recommend solar das tilias and sabor meneiro in Charneca if you like meat, and oh Carlos for meat and fish. Thank you for two great weeks, we had a lovly time!!

Our family have spent a very relaxing weeks holiday here at the Villa das Palmeiras.
The villa has accommodated 4 generations with ease. My parents have just celebrated their 80th birthdays before we left home, my children and their children have joined us to mark the memorable occasion. The Villa, gardens, pool and tennis court have all lived up to expectations, mum and dad even played tennis !
With the beach just a short drive away and the town very accessible we found there was very little else we needed.
We do hope that the Villa will be available in the future as the area is a holiday destination we all wish to visit again.

We were 10 people who lived there and there was no problem .Nice kitchen and plenty of space. Even the tennis court advantage even though we never had played tennis before. I recommend all to rent a car if you stay there. We took a taxi and it was expensive and the taxi had difficult to find in this area

You can do everything during the stay, beach, golf, visit Lisbon (15 minutos highway), restaurants specialized in grilled fish, some of them with wonderful terraces to enjoy the sunset. There is a wide range of beach bars that after nightfall turn into discos or live music bars.
