This 2-bedroom flat is in Ryde, Isle of Wight, just a short walk from the shops, passenger ferry, hovercraft and bus and train stations.

There is a large lounge with sofas, TV and dining table. Outside at the rear of the property is a small patio area with table and chairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay, with cooker, fridge-freezer, washing machine and all the cookware and tableware needed for your stay.

The main bedroom has a double bed and wardrobes. The second bedroom has twin single beds. There is a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

Car parking is in the nearby council car park. Guests can buy a tourist parking permit which allows parking in most council-run car parks across the island. Permits must be bought using the phone app on the day of arrival.

Please note that this is a basement flat with a small, outside patio area. The main house above is also holiday accommodation so may be occupied.

Bedding (pillows, pillowcases, quilts, quilt covers, sheets) are provided and beds will be made prior to your arrival. Towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per person) are also provided. Please note that beach towels are not provided.

We provide some essentials such as a toilet roll and hand towel in each bathroom, some cleaning products and a tea towel in the kitchen.

We also provide some tea, coffee, milk and biscuits in the kitchen ready for your arrival, so you can have a cuppa before unloading the car.
