Charmante 140 m² große spanische Villa mit allem Komfort, nur 500 m vom Strand entfernt.
8 Personen können dort dank der 3 Schlafzimmer (2 Doppelbetten, 3 Einzelbetten) und 2 Schlafplätze im Wohnzimmer übernachten. Mit 2 Badezimmern, einem großen und sehr angenehmen Wohnzimmer und 2 möblierten Terrassen hat jeder Anspruch auf seinen Komfort. Alle Räume sind mit Klimaanlagen und Ventilatoren ausgestattet, so dass Wärme kein Problem mehr darstellt. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Im Wohnzimmer befinden sich ein LED-Sat-TV, ein DVD-Player in allen Formaten und ein Bose-Minikanal.
Es gibt kostenlosen Internetzugang in der Villa, Abende erlaubt und Haustiere willkommen.
Eine neue, runde und überdachte Terrasse von 30 m² am Pool bietet direkten Zugang zur Küche.

Schönes Haus mit grossem Aussenbereich in guter Lage

Wir waren im Dezember/Januar dort. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, es ist gut ausgestattet, sieht von aussen grösser aus, als es von innen ist und es hat einen eingezäunten Garten mit Swimmingpool. Der Aussenbereich ist sehr schön angelegt und fast uneinsehbar. Man ist ca. in 10 Minuten am Strand und in knapp 15 Minuten zu Fuss bei den verschiedenen Supermärkten.

Schönes Haus mit allem Komfort

Wir waren 4 Wochen im Februar in diesem netten Haus, das eigentlich allen Komfort bietet, den man braucht. Auch der Aussenbereich ist schön gestaltet, die unterschiedlichen Sitzbereiche hübsch, den Pool konnten wir aufgrund der Jahreszeit leider nur selten nutzen. Was etwas genervt hat, sind die Flugzeuge des benachbarten Militärflughafens, die ausser an den Wochenende sehr häufig über den Ort rauschen und ziemlichen Lärm verursachen. Ausserdem ist es auch in dieser absoluten Nebensaison unter Androhung einer nicht unerheblichen Geldstrafe nicht gestattet, mit einem Hund an den Strand zu gehen, der ja eigenlich fussläufig zu erreichen ist. So mussten wir entgegen unserer Absicht doch fast täglich mit dem Auto fahren, um ein verschwiegenes Plätzchen für unseren Hund zu erreichen.

Great Location with everything within walking distance

We stayed for two weeks in Los Alcazares and really enjoyed the house and its location. Supermarket, beach, restaurants and coffee bars can be reached within 10 minutes walking. The house has everything needed and the pool is great - even if you are just sitting nearby with a tea (was a bit chilly the first week). During summer season there is a also shadow near the pool. If we are again in Los Alcazares we would definitely stay here again ....

Fab family holiday

We had a fabulous time at this property. It was clean, well presented and a short walk to the beach, numerous bars/restaurants and several supermarkets. Kitchen was well equipped, we enjoyed the BBQ, all the terraces and the children loved the pool.

Most wonderful time.

Beautiful villa central to everything you need in lovely Los Narejos. Short drive or bus ride to many other towns and Mar Menor beaches. There are so many different bars and restaurants on the 525 strip that you get spoiled for choice.We loved every minute of our stay. Many thanks for a wonderful holiday.

Fabulous villa

Lovely villa in quiet residential area close to the beach and the strip or the centre of Los Alcazares. There were even some fabulous air displays. The pool is huge and deep. The area felt very spanish and not very touristy which was lovely.

Our new favourite place to stay

Amazing property, ideally situated a short walk to the Strip with absolutely everything you can think of to make your stay amazing. And the pool!! It was much larger than we were expecting. My son spent most of his time in the pool and it was easily big enough to swim laps (and work off all that lovely food and drink)! Spotlessly clean, efficient check in and out and first class communication with the owner. We loved it and will definitely return.

Fabulous

We had a wonderful week in this fantastic villa..it was immaculately clean and equipped to the highest standards. A short 10 minute walk to the beach and strip made.it a.perfect location. The beds were super comfortable and there were lots of sunbeds and a covered seating area around the.pool. One minor disappointment was that the pool is.not heated and.was too cold to use on some.of the days. All in all we had a superb week and would highly recommend this villa. Thank you very much to Dominique the host who went above and beyond with our requests.

Excellent stay in lovely villa

Villa was spotlessly clean, check in and check out with Nicolas was great, also good communication with Dominique. Villa is close to shops and restaurants and beach. Lovely outside areas. Great swimming pool, unfortunately weather meant it was too cold to swim in. Plenty of room for us. We had a fantastic holiday, thanks Dominique and Nicolas

Wonderful situation

We have a superb week staying at the villa. Three generations and with need of assistance owing to health issues of several members but the week was just perfect. It was extremely hot and the beautiful pool was a Godsend. Thank you so much to Dominique and Nicholas for your communication before and during our stay owing to our needs - it was the much needed rest we all hoped it would be and are going to return. Highly recommended.

Vacation Rental Review

The villa was perfect for all our family needs. Spacious both inside and out, with all the necessary furniture/equipment to make it a comfortable stay. The outside area was even better than described, with plenty of comfortable, shaded areas. The pool was one of the largest we have had, which was great for the kid. Overall, it’s a fantastic villa and we would definitely use it again.

Was a 60th birthday holiday with family. Fantastic location nr beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Villa was very clean, great pool and located in a quiet close. Communication was excellent with villas management team.

Wonderful villa

This is honestly the best villa we have rented. The location is excellent - just a few minutes walk to the beach and to all the restaurants and bars. The villa itself was very clean and well equipped. The pool was just lovely. There are numerous places to sit outside, plus an upstairs terrace just by the upstairs bedroom. The area itself is also one of the cleanest and well kept areas of Spain we have been to. Absolutely no bad points at all!

Lovely relaxing holiday

Beautiful villa in a lovely quiet location within a 10 minute walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. The villa is spacious, immaculate and has everything required for a relaxing holiday. The outside space is fantastic, very spacious and the pool is the largest we've had at a private villa, the kids loved it. We had a couple of minor issues whilst staying however these were dealt with very promptly by Nicolas the property manager. We are regulars visitors to Los Narejos/Los Alcazeres and will definitely be back to this villa, it's the nicest we've stayed in.

We stayed at this property 2 years ago & really liked it hence why we have come back again this year. We cant fault the villa, always clean and has all that you need, especially love the outside seating area. Pool was too cold for me and my daughter this year but still lovely to sit around. I'm sure we will be back.

Los Nerojos

Los Nerejos is adjacent to Los Alcazares and we thought the location was great, Close to the beaches, supermarkets (4) and the restaurants etc. We found the Property Manager (Nicolas) very helpful and very quick to respond to queries (all small) The midstay cleaning was thorough and excellent. Plenty of outside space and furniture. We would have liked the pool to be heated even if it cost more. We did have problems because of Covid 19, leading to us having to delay our booking a couple of times. Dominique dealt with it sympathetically and very well. Thank you Dominique. Overall we were very happy with the villa and its location.

Spacious family villa

We had a wonderful stay here and would definitely recommend. We had toddlers with us & it worked perfectly, it is a lovely space for families. The house is well equipped, clean, great facilities and a wonderful pool.

La forma de atendernos, las instalaciones de la vivienda, la zona, todo nos ha encantado. Buscábamos un sitio donde poder realizar una escapada sin tener que entrar en contacto con otras personas debido a la situación actual y ha sido totalmente de nuestro agrado. La piscina es increíble y el resto de la casa está a muy buen nivel. Sin duda repetiremos en otra situación para poder conocer mejor los alrededores y la gente de la zona.

Lovely villa

Lovely big clean villa with plenty of outside space for both eating or just lounging around by the pool. Villa has everything you could possibly need also with WiFi and English TV. Lovely quiet location and very short walk to the beach or "The Strip" for bars and restaurants and supermarket. Have been visiting Los Alcazares for 12 years and this is definitely a villa we would love to return to. Thanks to Dominique who responded promptly to any questions we had prior to the stay and to Laurent who was very flexible with the check in/check out times.

Fantastic villa in good location

The villa is in a prime location a short walk to a beach safe for small children. The villa is spacious with a large pool and a newly built terrace seating 8 people. Three double bedrooms however one is accessed via external steps with own en-suite shower room. Clean, comfortable and kitted out with everything you could need.

Excellent location

This villa is in an excellent location for both the beach and the restaurants. The facilities offered are very good, the only fault we had was the bed linen and also the towels weren’t the best. We think they are ready to be replaced. Apart from that we had a really good week.
