Trogir is famous for its palaces, churches, towers, and fortress and, in 1997, was inscribed in the UNESCO World Heritage List. This outstanding villa with a contemporary design was built in 2015, and it is a perfect combination of elegance and comfort. The Villa is located on the first row to the sea, only 15 meters from a pebble beach. Surrounded by stone-walled courtyards, the villa overlooks the stunning mountain and sensational sparkling Adriatic sea.

The Villa is an ideal vacation villa for large families and groups who want to spend their vacation right next to the sea, absorbing the beautiful scenery and relaxing inside their own wellness zone.

The Space:
The Villa spreads over 300 square meters, and it is divided into four levels: basement, ground, first floor, and high attic. It has 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, a heated indoor pool, outdoor pool, wellness zone, and it is suitable accommodation for 11 guests.

The basement comprises a recreational area with a gym, sauna, an indoor heated swimming pool, and an entertainment room. A heated pool is an appealing choice when desiring a villa vacation out of season when the water temperature may be cooler, or when you need some more privacy.
The ground floor consists of a comfortable living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room has a corner sofa, LCD TV, and patio doors that emphasize amazing views and link the inside area to the outside. You will also find two bedrooms with double beds and a private bathroom with a shower on this floor. Soothing colors of bedroom walls offer a cozy and romantic touch with plenty of natural light. One of the rooms has access to the paved terrace with a swimming pool.
The first floor features 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The south-facing bedroom with a double bed has its own spacious terrace where you can sit back with your coffee, enjoying spectacular views of the crystal clear sea, breathtaking mountain, and surrounding islands.
The high attic has one bedroom equipped with a double bed and a private bathroom.
All rooms are stylishly decorated, air-conditioned, and equipped with LCD TV.
