This luxury apartment with elevator is located on a wonderful location in El Campello. You have first line view of the boulevard, sandy beach, sparkling Mediterranean Sea and wonderful marina of El Campello. On the boulevard you have an extended choice of bars and restaurants with a supermarket and other shops and services all in walking distance.
This apartment is suitable for 4 guests. The apartment is completely renovated and decorated in a modern way. The apartment consists out of a living room with an open kitchen, two bedrooms, of which one with an en suite bathroom, a separate bathroom and a balcony with view of the ocean. The apartment is fully furnished and gives you the instant holiday feel you’ve been looking for.
In the living room you find a comfortable couch, a flat screen TV with internet television and a dining table with 4 chairs.
In the open kitchen you will find a fridge and freezer, oven, ceramic cooking hubs, dishwasher, Nespresso, water boiler, toaster and more. Also there are all the plates, glasses, cutlery and kitchen utensils that you might need. There is a washing machine with drying rack.
The first bedroom is equipped with a two-person bed and has an en suite bathroom with a shower, washing table, toilet and bidet.
The second bedroom has a two-person bed and separate bathroom that consists of a shower, washing table and toilet.
Throughout the apartment you have air conditioning (cool and warm) and free WiFi.
