In the heart of the business life of Milan, Porta Venezia and Corso Buenos Aires, this apartment offers luxury quality accommodation for up to 6 people. This beautiful apartment is located in the Porta Venezia neighborhood, very close to the red metro station "Porta Venezia".
Take a walk in this area to discover historic buildings such as Palazzo Saporiti, Palazzo Serbelloni.
A stone's throw away from Duomo and all major attractions and venues of the world’s fashion & design capital. Porta Venezia station is 2 minutes away, from there only 3 stops (5 minutes) you are in Duomo's square.
Direct 20 min train to Milan Rho Fiera Exhibition Center stops only 2 mins walk away!
The entire apartment has been recently renovated and decorated with attention to details and refined taste for design furniture and comforts.
107 square meters spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms and living room sofa bed. (2 double bed, one double sofa bed in the living room). On the second floor without elevator. Spacious living room with 50 inch TV with Netflix and a modern fully equipped kitchen with: fridge, coffee maker, kettle, oven, dishwasher. 2 full bathrooms with shower.
The unit comes with air conditioning throughout the whole space, washer/dryer machine and a Fiber Option WiFi connection .
The apartment has all the comforts that a house can offer, quiet and stylish it's perfect for a comfortable stop during the visit of the beautiful Milan.
Absolutely great for a family or a group of friends, for either leisure or business.
We have 6 units in the same building, if you need more than an apartment or this apartment is not available, send us an enquiry and we can help!

Tolle Lage

Um Mailand zu erkunden ist das Apartment super gut geeignet. Man fühlt sich wohl, da es bis auf Kleinigkeiten gut ausgestattet ist und man mit der U-Bahn oder zu Fuß viele tolle Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen kann. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung befinden sich nette Restaurants und Bars.

Great Location

The location and handover were good. The range of restaurants nearby was excellent and Davide helpfully guided us to local places. We thought that some basic provisions would have been provided, a dishcloth, tea bags, and washing liquid - easily done and not expensive. The guest bathroom had problems with drains which was unpleasant and needs resolving. The hot water system couldn't cope with 4 people showering.

Do not book this property

When we first entered the building (greeted by Davide), with all of our luggage (5 of us traveled from the US for a 10-day Europe trip), we were told the elevator was not working. It did not work the entire 4 nights we were there. However, Davide did not mention that there was also no hot water. We had to take freezing cold showers the entire time. Even after alerting VRBO / SweetStay, and being told that we would be compensated (which we never were), not once did someone come out to check on the issue, nor were we offered alternate accommodations. It seemed obvious that management was aware of this issue prior to our arrival, as it was obvious there were no permanent tenants around at the time. After repeated requests to be compensated in some way (never expected a full refund), I was continually blown off and given excuses. Would not recommend to anyone.

Die Sweetstay-Wohnung war eine tolle Erfahrung in Mailand. Es befindet sich in der besten Gegend von Mailand und ganz in der Nähe der U-Bahn. Das Team von Sweetstay ist äußerst hilfsbereit, freundlich und sehr entgegenkommend bei unseren Fragen. Die Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel und gemütlich.

this place is fantastic

The apartment was just as advertised. A great location, so close to the tube station we didn't need to take a taxi and it was also close to all the major sites. The furniture is all new and made our stay very enjoyable. Our host was very quick to reply our messages and gave us great recommendations. Thanks!

Plusieurs problèmes ennuyeux

L’appartement est spacieux, propre et bien situé. Cependant, nous avons eu toutes sortes de problèmes. Pour commencer, la communication était difficile à notre arrivée, pas de retour d’appel ou de SMS pour des informations sur l’accès à l’adresse en auto ( zone interdite ?). Nous avons subi plusieurs pannes, électricité, eau chaude, ascenseur ( nous avons dû descendre nos bagages 4 étages) la réponse était toujours la même, mauvaise gestion de l’immeuble). D’autres petits problèmes comme le manque de serviettes, la serrure de porte déficiente, le manque de papier toilettes, etc. Andrea répondait assez rapidement à nos messages et a fait de son mieux mais elle n’est pas sur place et ne peut compter sur aucune personne fiable. Somme toute, l’appartement est agreable mais la gestion est déficiente.

Great potential, but would not come back

This is a beautiful apartment, conveniently located, in a great neighborhood, but it is not set-up for rentals and is not actually air conditioned. There were no cooking tools, no microwave (forget to check when renting), no kettle, no basic spices (not even salt and pepper), no dish soap, no sponge or brush to wash dishes. During our 43-hour stay, with the air conditioner on turbo fan and set to 16 C (61 F), the coolest it ever got was 26.5 (80 F). Our contact argued with me that I didn't know how to operate a thermostat, but that is not the case. I reported the problem our first evening there, but no one ever showed up to investigate or repair. There is a washing machine, but you can't wash clothes and have internet at the same time, because they use the same plug and there's no three-way adapter. This place is not actually managed by the owner, it is run by a company called SweetStay. Even though I bought $1,500 in damage insurance, they demanded access to my checking account or credit card before they would give me check-in information. I didn't have contact information to check in until 3 hours before check-in. I own a VRBO property and would be ashamed for our guests to have this kind of experience. I really seams dishonest of VRBO to not tell you that you have to deal with a third-party management company.

Great apartment - with a few kinks to iron out

Enjoyed the apartment. Very nice, clean, and well-stocked. Issues were: (1) washer/dryer could really use some instructions in English; (2) had to unplug wifi to use washer/dryer; (3) place has a Nespresso machine, but Nespresso pods are like unicorns in Milan. Suggest a better option for coffee, espresso, etc. Otherwise great!!

Highly recommended!

This a very stylishly but practically designed apartment which is perfectly located for visiting all the attractions of Milan. We were very comfortable and slept well in surprising quiet. The host is very responsive and helpful. It would be very hard to think of any possible improvements. We are a retired, well travelled couple. We appreciated the design of the space and high quality of the fittings. Highly recommended!
