Located on the second floor, it enjoys a wonderful view over the roofs of Lucca and the secret gardens that hide behind the ancient doors of the city. The living area offers a splendid surprise, the large dining table transforms into a billiard table ideal for spending a fun day with family or friends. The kitchen is new and offers all comforts, oven and microwave, gas hob and everything needed to organize lunches and dinners together. The apartment has 3 large and bright bedrooms, equipped with new mattresses and pillows with two different weights to choose the right level of comfort for you. You can find 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom which on request can become the third double bedroom. All rooms are equipped with smartv television. Accompanying the rooms you will find 3 bathrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and bathtub, one of which is hydromassage and the other with shower and sauna which can accommodate 4 people inside. All bathrooms have a window, toilet and bidet. The apartment offers a laundry room with washer/dryer and additional toilet and a splendid wine cellar with a selection of wines from Tenuta Lenzini, owner of this wonderful apartment. The whole house is covered by internet connection. Finally, Busdraghi Luxury Apartment has a lovely terrace equipped with a sofa and armchairs to enjoy the open air and listen to classical music coming from the art institute which is located right opposite.
