Herrliches Strandgrundstück. Nur wenige Schritte zu den weißen Sandstränden ohne Straßen zu überqueren. Genießen Sie das Surfen, Paddeln, Angeln oder entspannen Sie sich und beobachten Sie die schönsten Sonnenuntergänge, die Sie sich vorstellen können.

Das Anwesen ist komplett renoviert. Neue Küchen, Bäder, Möbel und innen und außen frisch gestrichen. Die Lage ist nur wenige Gehminuten von den beliebtesten Restaurants entfernt. Die öffentliche Straßenbahnhaltestelle befindet sich vor dem Grundstück und macht es einfach, Clearwater Beach nach St. zu besuchen. Petersburg ohne lästiges Fahren und Parken. Indian Rocks Beach ist eine so ruhige Strandgemeinde. Sobald Sie ankommen, können Sie nicht anders, als zu spüren, wie all Ihr Stress nachlässt. Das Wasser, die Sonne, lange Spaziergänge im weißen Sand und beenden Sie Ihren Tag mit dem wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang.

Less than 200 steps from the beach, this unit is a nice beach getaway. The accommodations were both comfortable and adequate for our needs.

Cute cottage by the beach

We loved our little cottage. Everything we needed was there (except a dish rack),this included really nice beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. It was only steps to a really nice beach and a huge plus was my friend teaches yoga right there on the beach. There are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance as well. The only thing I was disappointed with is you could not open the windows. It was not real hot and I would have preferred that over A/C. Really just a personal preference. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Nice stay

Property manager promptly addressed issues we found during our stay (burnout bulb and broken hot water heater). Location was convenient. Free parking, (though spots were a little short for a minivan or large SUV). Bed was comfortable. We didnt use the beach stuff, (weather in 50s), but chairs, wagon, towels were available. Good for a couple; seemed like it would be hard to move around if we had had to use the sofa bed.

True relaxation

This comfy cozy beach house was just what I needed to decompress from life's challenges. I was very impressed from booking to check out. The communication is clear and thorough. The place is so comfortable and clean. It is so close to the water you can hear the waves from the front porch. It was truly a peaceful getaway. I definitely want to return.

This place was perfect to have an engagement weekend near an amazing beach. The perfect environment to pop the question. The host was very accommodating for additional hours on the day we were supposed to leave. Excellent communication. This place is so worth it!

Ultimate relaxation!

We had a long weekend getaway and enjoyed every minute. From the beautiful walks on the beach to the delicious local fare, we couldn’t have asked for anything better! The Gulf Breeze Inn was a quaint and charming little bungalow with everything we needed!

Close proximity to beach with dedicated parking space. Unit has been completely updated, queen mattress was very comfortable. I would book again, cute place for a quick getaway.

This property was just as described! Very clean and just a few steps from the beach! It is in a residential neighborhood, away from the crowds, but close enough to the area attractions. Loved that the trolly stop is right across the street. Beaches are beautiful. Saw dolphins several times. Betty, the owner is fantastic! Would not hesitate to stay again..

Great place and location!

We loved our recent stay! Perfect location for the beach as it’s just steps away and very convenient to the main road with restaurants and other amenities. It was clean, well stocked, and had a home feel to it. The only thing I wish it had more of was hot water. It’s a very small tank and hard for two people to shower right after each other. Other than that it was a great place and I would stay here again!

Atmosphere

This place was great. We could see part of the beach from our upstairs window. The walk to the beach was short. The interior was perfectly beachy. The place was clean and well kept. The location is off the beaten path. Even though there was a major road, it was quiet in the evening. Being very familiar with the area helped as I knew where to go for just the right stuff. Definitely do this again.

Cozy, cute, clean & convenient

We really enjoyed our quick 5 day stay! Extremely clean. Covenient to everything...restaurants and beach just a short walk. Short drive to anything else. I misunderstood some of the reviews and thought we could see the beach/water from our balcony, but you can't. However, it's just a quick walk (maybe 2 minutes) to the Public Beach. There were very nice beach chairs for us to use! We really appreciated them! Bed was very comfortable and so was the recliner in the living room. No issues with the WiFi for my husband who had to do some work. We didn't use the kitchen but seemed to be well stocked with anything you would need. We enjoyed dinners at Keegan's Seafood Grille, Groupers on the Gulf and Beach Waves. Great service and decent food. Good coffee and very short walk every morning to Cafe Paris Bakery. Tasty pastries too! I would recommend avoiding VIP Mexican. TERRIBLE food and service and extremly overprized for what you get (or don't get). Easy drive to St. Pete's. We went to the Sunken Gardens...highly reccommend! Another easy, short drive was to John's Pass Village and Boardwalk. So many shopping & ice cream choices! Park down the road and rent bikes. Parking was difficult to find a spot and expensive. Thanks for letting us stay!

Vacation Getaway

The unit was gorgeous and very accommodating for all of our needs. Indian Rocks Beach is a gorgeous town with great food, gorgeous beach. It is a short drive from clearwater, johns point and Tampa; all while avoiding the tourism crowds when you want to relax.

Born and raised in FLorida and never dreamed I would be lucky enough to own a piece of paradise like the Gulf Breeze Inn. When I bought the property I spend six months renovating the entire property. I wanted guests to be able to relax and enjoy the quaint atmosphere of Indian Rocks Beach and stay in a totally updated apartment with all the modern amenities .
I raised my three daughters in Florida and now have four amazing grandchildren. Whenever possible we all love to spend time together at the Inn.

This property has the "Old FLorida" feel and you are just steps from the beautiful white sand. There are tiki huts on the patio to enjoy morning coffee or an evening drink after watching the breathtaking sunsets.
