Set in lovely mature gardens of mainly citrus and pine trees, the house enjoys fabulous views of the surrounding countryside, the mountains of the Serra de Tramuntana and towards the Bay of Pollenca. The interiors are tastefully furnished and very spacious with exposed beams and tile flooring. The main entrance leads to a living room with satellite TV, DVD and the dining area has seating for 12 people. The kitchen is separate, fully equipped with appliances plus a washing machine is provided in the exterior utility room. Also on the ground floor are two twin bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms. Stairs lead up to a gallery landing area with seating and a satellite TV. From this level, there is access to the master double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a private terrace with steps down to the pool. There are two further twin bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower and one that shares a shower room on this floor with the bedroom above. A spiral staircase leads up to a studio double bedroom which has splendid views from its' numerous windows. Outside, is a lovely mature garden of citrus and pine trees, a private swimming pool, sun loungers and also a separate children’s pool.
