The separate kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and a breakfast table and leads to a laundry area. Outside, the mature gardens are a delight with mature olive and holm oak trees, colourful shrubs and a lawn down to a built-in barbecue. A terrace with sun loungers surrounds a huge private pool with Roman steps and a small waterfall feature.
