Beautiful Villa with sea and mountain views, heated pool and WIFI

Villa Chell is a perfect retreat that sleeps 7 with sea and mountain views with a south facing garden and a beautiful private pool which is 1.3 meters deep, perfect for the children to have a lovely holiday, also there is a communal pool if you wish to get your lengths in. The villa also has every TV channel you could wish for so you can watch the footy or the kids can stick a movie on.
On a clear day you can see the sea and the island of Fuerteventura.

Villa has excellent WIFI with British tv, sports, movies and children’s channels.

Our guests are well looked after with great care and attention. There will be a thoughtful welcome pack on arrival.
Mid week towel change on a one week stay, and with a two week stay you receive another mid week towel change and a change of bedlinen including a light clean.

Alegranza is a beautiful part of playa Blanca, it has 2 local supermarkets, local bar and 2 aqua parks within walking distance to the villa.
A bus stop Is a 2 minute walk which will take you to the sea front, bars and restaurants for 1.20.
The taxi rank is a five minute walk and will cost 3.5 to the sea front.

Erholsame 10 Tage im November

Die Kommunikation mit Vermieter und Verwaltung war durchgehend hervorragend. Zur Begrüßung stand ein Willkommenpaket in Form von einem Kanister Wasser und Snacks zur Verfügung, was einem den sofortigen Supermarkt-Besuch ersparte: Kleinere Mängel wurden am nächsten Tag bei der Begrüßung des Verwalters Manolo angesprochen, der sich sofort, bzw. binnen Stunden für Abhilfe oder Beseitigung kümmerte. Rundum ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Danke.

Comfortable villa for our group of 3 adults

We wanted a villa with 2 double rooms and 2 bathroooms for our group of 3 adults (a couple & a single person). Villa Chell met this very well (it would also be perfect for 2 couples). It's in a development set a little back from the heart of Playa Blanca making it quieter. The kitchen has all day to day needs including a dishwasher and there is a comfortable lounge and an indoor dining table & chairs for 4 for times when it's a bit too chilly for eating outside. The terrace, garden and pool area is very well maintained - perfect for breakfast & lunch plus simply relaxing in the winter sun. The pool was perfectly warm for a daily swim - and it was end Jan/Feb! We'd hired a car so used this for the 5 minute drive to the port area of Playa Blanca or 10 minute drive to the marina. Without a car, there were plenty of taxis about and a regular, well used bus service. The car made exploring the island easy and convenient - the roads were good and the main tourist sites well signed. There's an abundance of restaurants to every taste & budget. Highly recommended as a winter sun destination.

Lovely holiday home for a family

First the positives: The property is very spacious has loads of natural light and is comfortable for a group of 6. The bedding is comfortable too and the house was very clean. There is a beautiful view from the upstairs terrace. The kitchen has all the basics you need to cook and there is a barbecue outside.We asked for a few more cooking utensils and Manolo brought them for us very kindly. Check in was easy and Manolo was very responsive. The kids adored playing pool. The table is a bit old but its perfect to practice with kids. A few small negatives: the twin room downstairs has a skylight in the ceiling which is lovely during the day but makes it hard to sleep in, in the morning. On a windy night the house can be quite noisy. If that happens make sure to tell Manolo as he has a few tips ! The development is not very central but we hired bikes and suddenly the beach and boardwalk were 5 min away! The main drawback of our stay was that the heating system for the pool was broken and by the time it was fixed and the pool was warm it was our last day. A big disappointment for the family. However it is indeed properly heated when it works! Overall a very nice stay nonetheless.

Great spacious and quiet villa with lots to do

The villa is great, very spacious and lots of room for our family of four. The pool was lots of fun and thoroughly enjoyed the volleyball net. The pool table and dart board were added extras. The only downside would be the lack of blackout blinds/curtains, so a few bedrooms are difficult to have a lie in! Having Roja on the doorstep is very handy and well worth a wander up to see the views. The welcome basket was great and the villa management are really friendly and obviously look after the villa very well.

Exceptional property and communication

We had an amazing 10 nights at this property, wonderful communication from the start. The welcome pack was very helpful on arrival, we felt well looked after. The views are amazing, its location perfect, the property is beautiful and tranquil. We hope to return. We did have a car to get around, the roads are lovely to drive on and would recommend.

Great Place!

Start to finish process was seamless. Great communication back and forward with Ben and Kelly, and again when we arrived with the property manager Manolo! Property is located within a gated community close to the main strip. We had organised a car at the airport and travelling to the property was fairly straight forward; with added benefit of a private canopied driveway extended from the villa. On arrival there is a welcome pack which was a nice touch. Immediate thoughts on arrival was the property is in good condition and well maintained. Travelling with a baby and having the flexibility of everything you need at the property was ideal. Plus having the added benefit of a heated pool made the whole experience that much better. Rooms within property are of a decent size with plenty of storage. Upstairs rooms have a wrap around balcony overlooking the rear of the property grounds with views towards the sea and hills. Travelling to the main promenade can be done by taxi for less than €5, and they are responsive and arrive at the front gates in less than 10 mins. This was our first time visiting Lanzarote and no doubt we will return again in future; and Villa Chell will be our first call! I would highly recommend!

What a great villa!

Our plane had a delay of 2 hours and therefore we arrived late in the evening at the villa. The last thing you want at that moment is searching for a super market that is still open. But when we entered the kitchen, a lovely welcome package was waiting for us. This was exactly what we needed at that moment! So instead of looking for a supermarket we could open a bottle of cava, sit back and relax in the garden. The villa was nice and clean and had everything we need. We loved the garden and the pool (especially the kids) and this was were we enjoyed the most of our time when we were at the villa. Fresh towels were constantly provided, pool was cleaned regularly and the bedding was changed after a week by the manager Manolo, who is a really nice man. Playa Blanca and the beach are nearby and we enjoyed going to the beach and having lovely dinners at Playa Blanca. You can easily go by car, or take a taxi for only a few euro's. I cannot think of anything that we disliked. Only one little tip, the bed was a bit small for a tall Dutchman like myself (1.90m), but this certainly wouldn't stop us from visiting villa Chell again. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Fantastic stay in a wonderful Villa

Villa Chell is exceptional. We have becoming to Lanzarote for the last 20 years, 2 or 3 times a year, staying in villas up and down the island, and I have to say that Villa Chell is one of the best. From replying to messages, to providing a simply exceptional welcome pack, everything was perfect. Kelly and Ben are new owners and if they continue with the customer service the way they are doing they are not going to be able to use their own villa as they will be fully booked! The location is residential and very quiet and just a 15 minute walk to the beach. The use of space through the villa has been thought out and every bit of it is used and has a purpose. The kitchen is a good size and the add of the utility with the kettle, microwave and fridge is fab. The lounge with the lovely comfy sofa and great TV and table was perfect. The outside are of the pool and area again is just right. I cant fault anything and we will be coming back. I was in 2 minds to write this review, as I wanted to keep the villa a secret so we can book again! But Kelly and Ben and Manolo the villa manager are just too good. Thank you. We had an amazing time in and amazing villa!
