The Farmhouse at Nether Burrows Farm is the perfect property for families and groups of friends looking for a peaceful rural retreat in the Derbyshire countryside.
The ground floor of the Farmhouse is made up of a large, open-plan kitchen with its own dining area, as well as a two comfortable lounges and a WC cloakroom. The property was refurbished in 2009, but the original scullery can be still accessed from the kitchen: it has facilities to chop your own logs should you wish to do so! (subject to conditions and availability). However, we are happy to provide one basket of logs will be provided if you don't fancy doing it yourself. The kitchen is equipped with a gas range cooker with hob, as well as a dishwasher. The washing machine is located in the cloakroom.
To the front of the Farmhouse, there are two bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms boasting underfloor heating and heated towel rails. To the rear of the property, accessed from the kitchen stairs, are two further bedrooms, family bathroom and fifth 'walk-through' bedroom which can be accessed from either the front or rear stairs of the property. All bedrooms in the Farmhouse have 6ft zip and link beds and can be made up as twin or double accommodation.
An original 'secret' staircase provides access to the second floor where children (or adults!) can entertain themselves in the attic games room.

All linen and towels are provided and a highchair and travel cot can be made available on request.
