Built in 2019, this new, modern and spectacular 6 bed 4 bath luxury villa is located on the much sought after gated golfing community of Providence. This home is furnished to a very high standard throughout and enjoys a ‘chill out’ sitting room, an open plan living area incorporating a top of the range kitchen with the elegant dining area and family room with wall-mounted 55” Smart TV. There's a games room located upstairs in the loft area with a pool table, plus there's a sitting area with a wall-mounted 55” Smart TV and an Xbox with UNLIMITED access to digital games.
There are 3 king-size bedrooms, 1 queen-size, a twin-bedded room plus a triple sleeper bunk bedroom with under trundle bed, all with Smart TV's.

As you enter the villa you are greeted with a fabulous tiled hallway with the first of three living rooms to your left, followed by the laundry room next door. On the right there is a door leading to the converted garage/games room. The hallway then leads onto the spacious and sociable open plan family room, kitchen and dining area beyond.

The first living room near the front entrance includes a huge wrap around sectional couch in a beach themed chill out room. Perfect for quiet reading time or relaxation.

As you enter the beautiful open plan ‘Family Room’ you’ll see it is a comfortable and contemporary furnished room with pleasant views onto the pool deck and offers ample seating for you to relax and watch the 55” Smart TV. This really is the hub of the home, in the same open plan space is a luxury kitchen which has all the amenities including dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator & freezer, waste disposal, coffee maker, blender, toaster & kettle. The breakfast bar has 4 comfortable bar stools. In addition to the 4 bar stools, adjacent to the kitchen is a large dining table with benches, seating up to 8 guests.

Ground Floor Minions themed bedroom features 2 twin sized beds with shared nightstand, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan.

Family Bathroom - Situated between bedrooms the King Bedroom and the Minions Bedroom is the family bathroom which has a bath with shower over, WC and built-in sink unit.

Master Ensuite Bedroom 1 - The large master bedroom,with views overlooking the front gardens, has been furnished with and a king-sized bed, matching nightstands, chest of drawers, walk-in dressing room, ceiling fan and wall-mounted Smart TV. Seating and floor standing mirror.

The connecting spacious en-suite bathroom has a large walk-in double shower, his & hers sinks and separate WC. We also provide a hairdryer.

Master Ensuite Bedroom 2 - The second master bedroom, with views over the pool deck, has a king-sized bed, with matching nightstands, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan and a wall-mounted Smart TV. Plus ensuite bathroom which has a bath with shower over, single vanity and WC.

Master Bedroom 3 with attached Jack n Jill bathroom - The third Master Bedroom is Disney themed and has a queen-sized bed with matching nightstands, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan and a Smart TV and access to the Jack n Jill bathroom, which is shared with the Star Wars bedroom and the entertainment loft.

The Jack & Jill ensuite bathroom has a bath with shower over, a single vanity sink and WC.

Star Wars themed bedroom has a triple sleeper bunk (twin over full-size) with under trundle bed, matching chest of drawers and bean bag seat. Sleeps up to 4 children. Smart Tv on stand. Complete with a large walk-in wardrobe and access to the Jack n Jill bathroom.

One of the outstanding features of the villa is the extended SOUTH FACING pool deck area with lakeside view which offers the perfect place to relax, cool off in the huge pool or catch some rays in the beautiful Florida sunshine. Luxury sun loungers and towels provided. Sectional sofa under the Lani for outdoor dining . Child safety net surrounds pool to help keep little ones safe.

The home also has also a complimentary Wi-Fi, stroller, travel cot and high chair.

*Pool/Spa heating is optional dependent on the time of year and recommended during the months October to April, if required it is charged at $36 per day. There is an accidental damage waiver of $62 included which covers accidental damage of up to $750. It does not cover malicious damage or excess cleaning or excess garbage removal.

Crofton Springs at Providence is a brand new golf course community of luxury Orlando vacation rentals just minutes from Disney World.

Providence is a gated community, and offers guests access to the well manicured golf course. Green fees are very reasonable and the clubhouse will be a hit for golfers and non-golfers.

The Providence clubhouse restaurent offers great food and views over the golf course! They also have a covered terrace so you can sit outside without getting burnt by the hot summer sun.

In addition to the golf, guests can also use the onsite resort clubhouse with fitness centre, pool and spa, tennis courts, and children’s playground.

Travelling to and from the parks you can easily stock up with groceries from the brand new Publix, supermaket located at the nearby Loughman Crossing.
