With beautiful Ravenscourt Park just a few minutes away, guests can enjoy a peaceful escape with lush green spaces and scenic walking paths.

Transport connections are excellent, making it easy to explore the rest of London. The flat is within walking distance of Hammersmith Station, offering access to the Piccadilly, District, Hammersmith & City, and Circle Lines, providing direct routes to key attractions such as Kensington Palace, Oxford Street, and Covent Garden. Shepherd’s Bush Station and the famous Westfield Shopping Centre are also just a short ride away, adding to the convenience of this well-connected neighborhood. - ID VERIFICATION. Please note that we will require a copy of your ID to book any of our properties. We require this in very much the same way a hotel requires your ID at check-in, to verify the identity of the guests we are letting into our managed properties and also to ascertain that the person that booked on Airbnb is the person that shows up at the property.

If you have any problems with presenting your ID or with the rules of this property then please do not book as all of the above is required to be respected.

- CCTV is in operation in the communal hallway areas of the property so whilst your privacy is in mind, so is your safety. (No cameras inside the apartment).

- NO PARTIES are allowed! It's a residential building and our neighbours need to be respected. A noise detector is installed on the property to prevent nuisance. Additionally, there are CCTV cameras in the communal area of the building, one just outside the flat. (There are no camera's inside the apartment - your privacy is respected) If you do not follow this rule, you would be asked to leave the property with no refund and ALL YOUR DEPOSIT will be charged.

- Quiet hours 20:00 - 09:00.
- NO unregistered guests/VISITORS are allowed to enter the property. Please make sure you book for the right number of people. You will be asked to leave with no money back if you will invite an unregistered visitor.
- If you wish to drop off bags early or earlier check-in, get in touch with us in advance, we might be able to organize it. However, our cleaning and management company charges £30 for early check-in and £ 12 for bag drop-off to get this organize with the cleaning team.

Great property in a great location

The host was very informative and helpful. The property was a really good size and the host had thought about a lot of extra things which made the stay easier. The property is on the first floor so there are some steps but it was easy enough to get up and down with our baby and the pram. The location is great with lots of shops and cafes nearby and it is about a 10 minute walk to Westfield (where we parked securely overnight). There is some on street parking nearby. We would definitely recommend.
