Georgia House ist sehr entspannend. Sie können auf den vorderen oder seitlichen Veranden sitzen und die Landschaft nehmen. Die angrenzenden Strandhäuser sind nicht sehr nah, so dass Sie die Umgebung genießen können, während auf den Decks.

Viele VRBO-Strandhauseinträge werden als "Homes" bezeichnet und sie stellen sich als Duplex-Wohnungen, Reihenhäuser oder Eigentumswohnungen heraus. Dieses Haus ist ein sehr großes (für ein 3-Zimmer-Haus mit 2200 qm) freistehendes Strandhaus in einem sehr "offenen" Abschnitt am nördlichen Ende von Carolina Beach, 1 Block vom Meer entfernt. In der Umgebung des Strandhauses befinden sich entweder freie Grundstücke oder einstöckige Häuser.

Das Haus ist für Ihren Urlaub eingerichtet. Es gibt einen 75 "Zoll LED-Fernseher mit DVD-Player im großen Raum mit einer großen Sammlung von DVDs zu sehen. Es gibt einen professionellen Schiefer Billardtisch im nächsten Raum zu genießen. Das sehr große, große Zimmer / Küche / Esszimmer ist etwa 30 'x 30' groß, so dass es genügend Platz für Familien gibt, um zusammen zu entspannen. Das Haus verfügt über 2 sehr große Schlafzimmer mit großen Badezimmern. Alle Zimmer im Haus sind sehr groß für ein Strandhaus.

Das kostenlose WLAN-Internet ist innerhalb und außerhalb des Hauses verfügbar.

Das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 1/2 Bäder. Die 2 Master-Schlafzimmer haben Kingsize-Betten. Das 3. Schlafzimmer hat voll ausgestattete Etagenbetten. Die 2 Master-Schlafzimmer verfügen über große (50 "und 60") LED-Fernseher mit DVD-Playern, begehbare Kleiderschränke und große Badezimmer mit Granit-Eitelkeiten.

Die Küche ist sehr groß mit Geräten aus rostfreiem Stahl, einem Jen-Air-Innengrill / Bratpfanne zum Grillen von Steaks usw. Es gibt reichlich Topf und Pfannen, Backformen, Kochutensilien, Kaffeemaschinen, Mixer, etc. zum Kochen großer Mahlzeiten.

Alle Bettwäsche, Kissenbezüge, Bettdecken, etc., Bad und eine reichliche Versorgung mit Strandtüchern sind inklusive. Die Betten sind bereits gemacht. Es ist kein Wäscheservice erforderlich. Im Haus gibt es Waschmittel, Seife, Shampoo, Spülmittel, Papierhandtücher, Toilettenpapier, Müllbeutel usw. So viel alles, was man braucht, ist im Haus vorhanden, so dass man nur Essen und persönliche Gegenstände mitbringen muss.

Carolina Beach Vacation

The location was great, easy walk to the beach. Dog friendly neighborhood. House provided plenty of room and privacy for three adults and two dogs. The owner was very attentive to our questions. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay at the beach.

Enjoyed it!

This is in a really nice location. It's a short walk to the beach. The house is spacious and has two large master bedrooms with their own full baths. The kids room has double beds bunked. The kitchen has lots of space. It is a great place to hang out together or get some alone space. Plenty of room for 6. There are big screen tvs which we didn't use, but they looked really nice. Cozy leather couch in the living room. On the rainy day we drove up to Airlie gardens which was not in the rain. Really pretty! Bring your own pool cues if you are serious about playing pool. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again!

Location, location, location

We were overall pleased with our stay. Owners were very responsive and helpful with communication. You can not beat the location for this value. The house could use some updating. Pool sticks all need tips, and the ping ping table is broken. Those are my only real critiques. We were at the beach, then in town so no one really missed those items in my group. We would stay here again.

Deceptive from the outside, but inside lives up to expectations

When you first pull up, the outside does show the age of the house. But the inside is really does live up to the expectations as shown in the listing. Family of 4 (with a Tween and a Teen) + our dog enjoyed every minute of the stay. Sitting on the porch at night was great and playing pool in our downtime. The beach is a very short walk and very easy to get to. House was very clean and well maintained. No issues with anything during our stay.

Great property at Carolina Beach!

My family and I rented the Georgia House for a week at Carolina beach and absolutely loved the property! The location was superb (1 block from beach) and the house was huge and appropriately furnished. Lots of space, and really liked the dual Master bedroom setup. TV/Fridge were awesome, huge kitchen, and my kids loved the pool table. Can't say enough about how much we enjoyed the property and how easy Chris was to work with. We will be back!

Over all the place was fine. When it come to cleaning, OMG. The air filter in the hallway was so full of dust and the vent was also, this was the case in the game room also. Behind the doors and on ALL the pictures around the house dust was caked on the frames and on the walls behind doors. The place can use a deep cleaning. The closet in the hallway, the door knob was broken. Once it was open we found that all the cleaning items were there. Outside the yard needed to be cut/weeded and there was a problem with mosquitoes. We were not able to sit under the house due getting eat up. I took pictures and sent them to the owner and he came by to address the issues I had, then he had someone to come and take care of the problem. Also, if you plan to cook meals you may want to bring your own pots and pans, as there are not many there to cook with. We made do with what we had to work with. In all it was an Okay place.

Great Memorial Day weekend

Perfect family get away

This house was perfect for our family beach trip. Just a short walk from the sand, plenty of space, and convenient to Carolina Beach boardwalk and Wilmington. The owner was friendly and helpful when we had questions. We would recommend this home and would stay again.

Best beach house ever

This was an amazing trip! Last minute scheduling for spring break and this was the nicest house we have ever stayed in! Host was great to work with before we landed and house was clean, close to the beach and just an amazing set up. Again, best trip I think we have ever taken.

Great Location, Lots of Space!

The location is amazing, just a short walk to beach access. The home is very spacious, both bedrooms are a master set-up with very large rooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is also massive, which makes it easy to have multiple people in there at one time. The owner was very responsive, and helpful with any questions we needed answered. Would absolutely stay here again!

Very nice house

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Georgia house. It was much bigger and nicer in person than even the pictures show. We had all the ammenities we needed for a nice stay. We did minimal cooking, so I can't attest to much of the kitchen items, but there was a lovely fridge, ice maker and a wine opener (always a must!) Having 2 king beds was awesome! I always feel like someone gets a downgrade when they only get a queen bed. Plenty of towels and linens were available too. The location was perfect for going to the beach. quick walk. We carried our few items because we only took a few things, but a wagon other beach items, were provided as well. Such a lovely long weekend. Can't wait to go back. I would highly recommend staying in this house. Chris was very attentive to a couple of our questions and even called us as we arrived to give us a bit of information. Very nice to feel personally looked after.

Well stocked and perfect location

This was the perfect spot for 6 adults. We were far enough away from all of the craziness of the Boardwalk and just a short walk from the beach. It is an older beach home that is well stocked with all of your needs. We wanted a room big enough to enjoy a movie or just hanging out. The house was exactly what we needed.

This is a very spacious house. The boys really enjoyed the pool table and the beach was just a few minutes walk away (very convenient). However, a few light bulbs all over the house need to be replaced.

Family Getaway

I looked at several different options on my search for a place to stay. What really attracted my attention to this particular location was it not being a townhouse or condo. Very large single family house. Spacious parking area, large porch with seating for all. Two main bedrooms with full baths plus an additional half bath off the kitchen made things very comfortable.

Mid-week beach Vaca

Took my son, his girlfriend, and grandson, who had never seen the ocean before. Unfortunately, the ocean took some new prescription glasses off the Gf. She didn't know the power of the waves. It was a great trip with a lot of firsts. The boys went charter fishing with Capt. Charles Powell and may have caught a record-breaking black drum, paperwork was submitted. The house is great!! Many types of cookware and a few spices were available. I thought the food offered in the town was awful and overpriced. I do suggest cooking in-house more than eating out. There are many pictures of the owner's family I am assuming, which made it feel kind of like home. I would definitely stay again.

Great Location

Access was easy, home was setup well and exactly as listed, Landlord was very nice and could have been easily contacted, but no need, short walk to beach, very quiet area, shopping and restaurants near by. Kitchen setup well, plenty of entertainment available. Home was safe for my 15 month old grandson.
