As you enter the building there is an elevator. The bright apartment consists of a spacious living room with sofa and dining table. Connected to the living room and separated with curtains is one bedroom with a 160 x 200cm bed and direct access to a lovely balcony.

The apartment offers another bedroom in a separate room with a big open closet and a desk. A basic kitchen offers everything you need for everyday life.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lager

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und hat eine fantastische Anbindung an den ÖNV. Das bedeutet aber natürlich auch etwas mehr Verkehrslärm. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen (Kurz)Aufenthalt braucht, sogar noch etwas mehr. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung lief unkompliziert, alle Informationen erreichten uns rechtzeitig. Hier machen wir gerne wieder Urlaub! Vielen Dank!

Do Not Book-- Key Transfer Process is Not Secure!

This property is one apartment in a building containing other short-term as well as long-term residents. I rented this property for myself and my partner for a few days. Perks are on-site parking and convenient public transportation to Zurich city center. Directions to on-site parking were difficult to follow, and we encountered an issue when the garage door didn't open automatically. Through the process of reporting the garage door issue, I learned that the phone number listed on Vrbo for this unit is not able to receive calls or texts from my phone.The hosts did not assist us with the issue, they insisted on me sending a video to describe the issue. With limited time in Zurich I chose to not send a video. A larger issue emerged after we checked out. The check-in process involves opening a lockbox inside a mailbox to retrieve physical keys. When I checked us in, the lockbox from which I extracted the keys was loose inside (in other words, not secured to the inside of) the mailbox. We returned the keys to the lockbox and yet I am being charged as if I had lost them. When we checked out, my partner returned the keys to the lockbox inside the designated mailbox, and scrambled the code behind him. I later received a call and email from the host saying that their housekeeping team cannot locate the keys to the apartment. In the ensuing week I have messaged back and forth with the host team asking questions, but sadly no news on how the keys apparently disappeared.

Inhabitable- pungent smell and overall dirty apartment

The apartment matches the photos in terms of furnishings and decor, but beyond that it was a major letdown. Upon entry, there is an overwhelming curry odor that persisted despite leaving all windows and doors open overnight, along with the fans running. The smell was so intense that it made the apartment uninhabitable. Communication with the property manager from Hortz Hospitality AG was long, frustrating, and unhelpful. It took until late evening on our second day for them to offer a relocation, and they failed to provide any compensation for the unbearable first night. I strongly advise against renting from this property owner. The apartment was not only smelly but also dusty. It's in need of a deep cleaning after rounds of tenants. Those white light fixtures are coated with dust, and I spotted a number of bugs in the washroom and on the walls. I am now seeking a refund through Vrbo, as the property manager has ceased all communication. This experience has been thoroughly disappointing and I'm in disbelief that they would continue renting out this unit without properly ventilating and cleaning the apartment. We would have appreciated some compensation for the inconvenience, but their late response times, unprofessionalism, and overall lack of accountability compounded our frustration and dissatisfaction with the entire experience.

Lovely, clean, quiet, and well-equipped

This is a beautiful apartment. It's very spacious, sunny, and bright, and comes with all necessities, a few extra amenities, and nice furnishings. Overall it would be hard to find a more comfortable place to stay. Although it's on the very convenient #11 tram, it's in a quiet neighborhood. Drawbacks: There are no food stores or cafes close by--two supermarkets are two tram stops away. The kitchen lacks a microwave.

Perfect

The apartment was great. It is on the third floor located closed to several bus and tram lines which run to the city. The neighborhood was quiet (for a city). The apartment was clean and had all of the basic essentials that you would need. The photos provided were a very accurate representation. The check in was straightforward and the management company was responsive to all inquiries, almost immediately. Overall we will look to stay here again on our next trip to Zurich.

Comfortable and well situated, but noisy!

The apartment was clean and suited our needs. However, some key items were missing. We arrived during a heat wave to a hot and stuffy apartment. Management said fans had been ordered, but delayed, offered to reimburse if we bought our own fans (not ideal while on vacation, but necessary so I did it). Plenty of pots and pans but only a whisk and pasta scoop to cook with! The location is central but really loud, as it is a transit hub. Especially noticeable as we had to keep windows open due to the heat.
