The lounge-dining room is bright, with spectacular sea views and has a sofa, armchairs, TV, coffee table, lamp, dining table and chairs and direct access to the terrace through sliding glass doors.

The holiday home is right on the coast, next to the small coves and beaches. There are two outside areas, ideal for enjoying the sunny weather: the terrace upstairs which looks out over the sea, and the Mediterranean garden and sun terraces on the ground floor to one side of the house and behind. The upstairs terrace is sunny and has magnificent views of the sea and the coastal path which passes right in front of the house. It is equipped with outdoor furniture - wooden table, chairs, sun loungers and parasol. The areas downstairs also have outdoor furniture and a barbecue.

The apartment is in the Carboneras residential area, which is very quiet and close to the beaches and coves.

Llançà has an excellent selection of beaches and small coves, and great walking and cycling routes which pass through the unique scenery which is very characteristic of the area. It also offers a wide variety of activities for everyone, making the town an ideal destination for enjoying a break in the Costa Brava with family or friends or as a couple.
