The cosy snug area has a wood burner and two sturdy leather armchairs, with foot stools, off this room is a utility cupboard housing a ground floor WC, washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs are three bedrooms and a family bathroom, the master kingsize room has a modern fully tiled shower room and patio doors which open up onto a raised terrace area with bistro set, steps lead down to the patioed garden area.
Croyde is a popular holiday destination, with it's sandy dune backed surfing beach and excellant pubs and restuarants which are only a short stroll away. Being just outside the main village area the property will be the perfect place to unwind and take in the beautiful views of green fields at the rear of the property. The South West Coast path is within easy walking distance and the views around to baggy point really are breathtaking!
