Sea & Sun ist eine wunderschöne Beachfront Home in Sea Isle mit atemberaubendem Panoramablick auf das Meer. Diese geräumige 3 Schlafzimmer, Schlafcouch und 2 Badezimmer Haus ist voll möbliert mit zwei Ebenen Deck, die über den Ozean und Schritte entfernt vom Strand. Dies ist ein großartiger Ort zum Entspannen für das Wochenende, Woche oder Monat.
Das Haus hat einen offenen Grundriss für alle Versammlungen in der Küche und im Wohnzimmer mit Blick auf den Strand. Das Hauptschlafzimmer befindet sich im ersten Stock mit einem kompletten Bad. Die zweite Ebene besteht aus dem zweiten Schlafzimmer mit vier Einzelbetten und das dritte Schlafzimmer mit einem Queen-Size-Bett mit einem kompletten Bad.
Unser Haus empfängt alle Ihre vierbeinigen Kinder mit einer rückzahlbaren Anzahlung.
Ausstattung: WIFI, UV-Kabel, DVD, CD-Player, TV, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine / Trockner, Außendusche, Picknicktisch, Außengrill, Veranda Schaukel, Hängematte, Gated Pet Area und Haustier Annehmlichkeiten.
SEA ISLE Ausstattung: Angeln Pier, Spielplatz, Basketball, Tennisplatz und Schwimmbad. Auf der anderen Seite ist die West Marina und Sand Bar eine Meile entfernt, die ein Restaurant, eine Bar, ein Spielzimmer, einen Köderladen, einen Markt, einen Bootsstart hat. Wir haben auch Verleih in der Nähe.

Location was perfect for us

So many things to love about this place. We could sit all day on the deck watching the water, but with the quick walk, it was easy to come and go to the beach throughout the day. Once inside, you could not hear any outside noice at all. The decor was perfect and the furnishings were comfortable. We loved it was quiet and away from all the action, but a quick drive to restaurants and entertainment. They probably have one of the easiest checkout lists we have ever experienced! Made getting out the door in the morning easy so we could enjoy our last morning. We have already decided we want to book this location in the future. Thanks for a great stay.

Beautiful Views

The property was in a great spot with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. About 25-30 minutes from Historic Galveston, we felt it was an ideal balance of quiet beach and convenient to amenities. The interior of the property was clean and generally well maintained. We liked the convenience of a bathroom on each level, but the upstairs bathroom strangely doesn't have outlets. The furniture and beds were comfortable. The exterior of the home shows some deferred maintenance, but parking was easy, with a nice deck and underneath space for socializing. The hosts were very easy to work with, and responsive to messages. Beach chairs and toys were appreciated!

Fantastic house and location

We love Sea Isle but this is the first time we have stayed ocean-side. It was fantastic. The house was clean, updated and easy to navigate. The kitchen had all the basic supplies and it was easy to keep our doggo confined yet happy. This particular house has a great view of the ocean from the deck even though it is on the second row of houses. We will definitely rent this one again.

Sea Isle Paradise

Out stay consisted of 5 Family Members. We didn’t have one issue or concern from the moment we got there thru when we left. The Beach House was so nice!! Hubby and I slept in the bedroom on the main floor. The bed was perfect. We all slept so well. The other bedrooms are upstairs along with a vintage PacMan arcade game. The bathrooms were great! We didn’t need anything. The bathrooms had soap, shampoo and conditioner and were both perfect. You don’t need to bring anything. Plenty of towels, Plenty of pillows and blankets and the sheets were so soft. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need along with a huge refrigerator and it stayed super cold. All in all everything you need. On to the Living area. Lots of games and plenty of room with very comfy nice furniture. Smart TV was huge! The little nook in the corner was perfect for reading and just relaxing. The deck was perfect for looking at the ocean and the stars at night. I would recommend highly to anyone looking to have a great time. We hated to leave but we left with a lot of great memories and seashells.🤗😍❤️

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Isle

The property was well maintained, had two grills, plenty of parking and very close to the beach. The owners made us feel very welcome with a gift bag for my grandson and cupcakes for his birthday. The bedrooms were very comfortable. The bathrooms appear newly remodeled.

Location was amazing but..

Location to the beach was awesome with an awesome view. When we arrived the AC was set to fan (as the check out instructions say) and the house was at 94°. It took all night to cool it down. There were roaches and the pantry smelled of roaches.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!

What a great property! This house had EVEYTHING we needed and the added bonus of having our dogs was such a treat! Quick walk to the beach, quiet area and the wrap around porch was perfect for our group. The house layout was great, plenty of room and we LOVED the vintage style video game upstairs. The perfect beach place; sea, sand, clean and cozy!

This is one of the best VRBO beach rentals we’ve stayed in. The hosts are wonderful and have gone above and beyond to make their beach place feel like a cozy home-away-from-home. It’s been beautifully updated too. The ocean view is perfect and access to the beach is an easy one-minute walk on a private path. There are no cars allowed on this part of the coast so it feels very safe for people and pets. The home is very comfortably furnished and really well-stocked with essentials. It was spotless when we arrived. There is a newer charcoal BBQ. The propane BBQ was not working. I let the owners know and the next day they brought a new one. These are very responsive owners and care about their guests. The location is quiet, private and an easy drive into Galveston. There are good restaurants close by too. The small fenced yard is a huge plus. There is wildlife everywhere and we saw and heard coyotes. Having a safe place to let our dogs out at night is important. We highly recommend this lovely beach home and will definitely rent it again the next time we visit the area.

Great house for a mid-sized group

Great location!

The property is in an excellent location with a great view of the surf for a property that is a row or two back from the beach. The beach was right there and directly accessible which was very important to us. The layout of the home was as advertised and could accommodate more people, although we enjoyed the space to ourselves! We had an unusual problem when we arrived that the water was shut off, but the owner and city were very responsive and we had it on within an hour (someone had accidentally left if shut it off while doing maintenance on a nearby property). The property is a little worn and needs some maintenance. The place does feel like someone's weekend 'cabin' rather than a home - just needs some TLC and maintenance. Overall it was what we expected and we enjoyed the weekend!

Great Location

Location is great! maybe a minute walk to the beach which was not crowded. Also people cannot drive on it so no need to look out for car or golf cart traffic. Good porch cover. We would stay there again. Pet friendly is a plus for us.

Not impressed

The property didn't have a coffee pot. The upstairs door kept opening and closing throughout the night keeping our children awake. The upstairs shower leaked through the downstairs bathroom ceiling. The mirror in the bathroom was about 6" diameter. Would not stay here again nor would I recommend to others.
