Excellent Vacation Home

This property has everything a family could want for a vacation. The home is spacious offering lots of entertainment. The beach is a 2 minute walk away from the home. The kitchen offers everything you need. There are several great restaurants in the area. We really enjoyed our stay here and hope to visit again in the near future.

Family vacation

This was a great property to take whole family along. Plenty of games for the kids as well as plenty of space for the adults to relax. The pool was wonderful to keep the kids happy as well as the close proximity of the beach.

Amazing family trip!

The house was amazing, better than we expected.. the pictures don’t do it justice. 100 yards to the beach and the pool gives you so many options during your stay. Good restaurants and ocean views everywhere you go. We couldn’t recommended it more, we will definitely be back.

Our favorite vacation spot!

This was our 4th year in a row staying here. Our family loves the house. We have children ages ranging from 3-10. They love swimming in the pool then walking down to the beach. The location is great and we seem to have the beach to ourselves. The house seems to have everything you could need while on vacation. There is a Walmart a few blocks away to get groceries and there are great restaurants within a few miles. We love going on vacation here and will continue one to come back every chance we get.

Property as stated!! Quite spacious and beautiful property across from the beach with convenient access to dining and shopping!! The pool and gameroom were a hit with everyone!! Host was very nice and promptly responded to any issues that had to be addressed. We had a Blast and Hope to revisit soon.. Strongly Recommend The Franklins

Everything was what we expected and maybe better. The kids loved the pool but had lots of fun on the beach. We had a fun time teaching my grandson to play pool, bad thing about it he ended up being better than me. lol. Definitely will come back again!

Family Beach Vacay

LOVED LOVED LOVED this house!!! Wonderful home filled with everything you might need if you forgot it. The pool was a HUGE blessing and a ton of fun for the crew! We loved that we could just walk to the beach and the privacy of the beach (most days we were the only ones we could see). Game room upstairs was also a hit (unless you count the upset boys after losing in pool haha!) All the beds were extremely comfortable and the master shower was everyone’s favorite place in the house! Getting the keys and into the property was so easy and pain free!! I cannot say enough amazing things about this property! My family is already asking when we can go back!!

Great Family Vacation

This home is very well kept and stocked. The host/owner is the perfect combination of being non-intrusive yet on top of any issues that may come up. The pool is large and gorgeous. There is more outdoor furniture than in the photo's, which was a nice surprise. I'm a grandma, 2 hanging porch swings, 2 rocking chairs in the shade on the pool level, I used all of them at one time or another to rock my infant grandson. There are so many balconies and living spaces for families to gather or have quiet time away. Plenty of indoor living spaces to gather. Our family very much enjoyed this home.

Nice time

Property was exactly as described. Clean; well equipped. Really enjoyed the decks - especially the one facing West. Had wonderful breakfasts and lunches on that deck. Walmart close by - helpful for groceries and a few "forgotten" items. There is a house under construction near by. However, the process must be stalled - we heard zero noise from the site. If we are ever back in the Long Beach, Mississippi area, would definitely want to stay here again.

Perfect for our family visit!

Property was exactly as described, the floor plan of the house was just perfect for us. Great family gathering areas with separate sleeping wing. We enjoyed the fireplace and entertainment options. The weather didn’t cooperate for there to be much time on the beach, but the views were lovely and we still had plenty to do.

Beautiful house. Great location.

The house was so beautiful and spacious. Just a minute to the beach. The pool was beautiful. The house was fully stocked with everything we could ever need! All we needed to bring was our clothing and food. They had everything else ready! You can tell the owners truly love and take care of this home. We have shared with friends and family and are hoping to come back next year!

Spectacular

The whole experience was amazing. Great home, great location, quiet steet, just a short walk to the beach. The owner was amazing. Everything was great. The only issue was the WEATHER, it rained some. but only for 2 days. I would recommend this home to any and all. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the pool was great. The games upstairs kept us entertained when it rained. All around fantastic time and a wonderful home.

1st Beach Vacation with our Grandkids

Our visit was fantastic! Fell in loved with the beach house online and it was exactly the same in person. We where 5 adults and two kiddos 2 1/2 & 15 months. The pool and being able to walk to the beach was a huge plus. The well stocked kitchen made making meals easy. Jim also answered all my questions quickly. We would definitely come back.

Perfect secluded getaway

We had a great time at the house. Jim was very understanding when I had to call him to let him know I had set off the house alarm becuase I forgot to load up the code before opening the door. The location is pefect. It's very secluded but still close enough to several restaurant options. Due to COVID, we did not explore much in the way of shops, but there are several quaint areas along the coast. Walking to the beach was very convenient, and there was no one there. We would have used the pool if it were heated, since overnight temps were in the 40's during our stay, but it doesn't make much sense to heat a pool in southern Mississippi! I'm sure it's much nicer in August haha! The upstairs game area was very well appointed and I'm sure we would have used it if the weather prevented us from going outdoors.
