Kick back and relax in this bright and cheery 2-bedroom flat just a minute from the Crouch End clock tower!
Decorated with love and attention, this spacious, quiet ground floor flat has lots of great features such as large windows, an integrated garden which brings in loads of light, indoor and outdoor wood-burning stoves, with all the modern amenities: two large TVs, fibre internet, a dishwasher and a Quooker hot tap.
The large bedroom has a luxurious Emma mattress and a study desk.

Location, Location, Location:
The flat is just 2 minutes' walk from the Crouch End Clock Tower. With tons of local amenities like supermarkets, bakeries, coffee shops, art galleries, gyms, yoga studios, and butchers, you will never really have to leave this area unless you are going to work - which you can do from the large desk in the main bedroom! The icing on the cake are 2 cinemas within a 3-4 minute walk of the flat!
Garden:
My favourite part of the house! The garden is beautifully integrated into the kitchen and living areas. This means there is an abundance of light and feeling of openness in the kitchen and living room.
The garden itself has a lot of garden furniture: a wood-burning outdoor stove and an array of well-manicured plants so you can maximise your outdoor time.
Living room:
With a massive flat-screen smart TV and a large, plush L-shaped sofa, you can catch up on all your favourite shows with Sky TV, Amazon Prime, Netflix.
Bedroom 1:
Located in the front of the house with large windows and a wood-burning stove, this bedroom also has a large desk so you can comfortably work from home. It has been a luxurious King-sized bed and an Emma mattress, the UK's Most-Awarded mattress. The second bedroom also has a large flat-screen TV.
Bedroom 2:
Located in the back of the house, this bedroom has a comfortable Queen-sized bed and is nice and quiet with light-blocking curtains, ensuring a good night's sleep!
Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with all dishes/cutlery, a gas hob, dishwasher, a Quooker hot tap for hot drinks and chilled filtered water, and a great breakfast bar looking onto the garden.
Bathroom:
The new boiler ensures plenty of hot water for the rain shower in this modern bathroom. It also has a bath for a more luxurious soak!
Guest access
Guests have complete access to the entire property.
Other things to note
Our standard check-in time is after 3 pm. Check-out is before 11 am. If you wish to check-in or check-out outside these hours, please let us know. This is subject to availability and a fee.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.
