Villa is located in Tragaki area on a fenced green plot with an infinity pool, private entrance, parking spaces and can accommodate up to 10 people.Designed on two levels, with independent entrances for added privacy and autonomy of the floors, the Villa features on the ground floor two ensuite bedrooms with king size bed, refrigerator, sea-view balcony and all modern amenities overlooking the enchanting surroundings, a spacious living room with unobstructed sea views, a fully equipped kitchen with additional storage room with modern equipment as well as a shared w.c.


The first floor consists of three ensuite bedrooms with king size beds, refrigerator and all modern amenities and a spacious, lavish living room with large shaded balcony with riveting views of the sea, the pool and the surrounding lush landscape for moments of absolute peace and relaxation. The interior decoration embraces high quality furniture carefully selected for absolute harmony with the colours of nature allowing guests to immerse themselves in the comforts and luxury generously offered by the unique Villa Bala. The handmade objects and very unique exhibits that decorate the interiors in combination with the incomparable beauty and serenity of the surrounding area create a result of high aesthetics.


The facilities of the imposing Villa Bala feature a very spacious outdoor living area designed with the highest care awaiting to accommodate precious, memorable moments with friends and family. Guests can take a refreshing dip in the heated infinity pool with jacuzzi where the blue of the pool blends with the blue of the sea and the sky creating a unique, idyllic setting for moments of deep relaxation and tranquility, enjoying the summer sun on the sun loungers and other outdoor relaxing spots. The Villa also offers an outdoor shower, outdoor barbecue with wood fired oven where you can prepare any of your meals and dine in the large outdoor shaded dining area with the green of the garden, the tranquility of nature and the sound of cicadas to create indelible memories. At one corner of the outdoor area, right above the sea there is also a small contemporary guest house with interior stone elements and soothing colours reflecting the beauty of the surrounding environment consisting of a sofa bed, a bathroom and large windows overlooking the endless blue of the sea and a large furnished shaded veranda.
