This fantastic 3-bedroom apartment is located in the heart of the city, just a few steps from the main points of interest in Seville. The building has been completely renovated and decorated.

Upon entering we find a spacious living room with an open kitchen. This room is very bright, since it has a balcony that overlooks the main facade of the building. The living room has a double sofa bed, giving the apartment a capacity for up to 8 people, 2 armchairs and a 55-inch Smart TV. In addition, it has a large dining table.
The kitchen is connected to the living room and has all the necessary utensils.

The first room has access from the living room. It has a double bed of 1.40 x 1.80 m, a large wardrobe and a window that overlooks Goyeneta Street, which gives it great light.

The other 2 bedrooms are in a corridor to the right of the living room. Both have a double bed, one of them measuring 1.40 x 1.90 m and the other 1.50 x 2 m. This last bedroom has a complete bathroom en suite with a large shower. The two bedrooms have a balcony that overlooks the main facade of the building, as well as large wardrobes.

Right in front of both bedrooms is the second bathroom, which also has a shower.

At the same time, it has a swimming pool that is open seasonally from June to the end of September.

The apartment is located in one of the best areas of Seville, right in the center, a few meters from the Plaza de la Encarnación-Setas de Sevilla, and also very close to the Cathedral, the Giralda and other historical monuments. You can visit the entire center of Seville on foot, easily, without the need to use transport.

Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
