Vatia Villas are three modern villas, located in Tragaki, Zakynthos. All villas offer private pool, BBQ facilities and parking. Vatia Villas is a family run business, built in a peaceful area and among lush vegetation. It is ideal for families or couples, seeking luxury, privacy as well as a home-like feeling.

The 3 bedroom villa with sea views, can accommodate comfortable up to 8 guests and offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms. This villa features two floors, ground floor and top floor.

The spacious living room and open plan kitchen with views to the swimming pool are found here as well as one bedroom with queen bed and armchair bed. Also, there is a shared bathroom with shower. Two more bedrooms are found at the top floor. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed and armchair bed, whereas the other room has two 2 single beds that can be joined into a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, while both have balconies with pool and sea view. The third bathroom is a shared one and offers shower cabin. A small kitchenette for the guests' convenience is offered, including mini fridge, kettle, glasses and a small sink.

At this floor there is a spacious covered veranda with various fitness equipment such as TRX, Elliptical trainer, ball, mat, weights, resistance bands and jumping rope.

The villa has spacious furnished verandas, with amazing views, whereas the private swimming pool also offers an integrated hydromassage. The BBQ area is equipped with TV, TV, dining table, sink, mini fridge and a table with stools where you can enjoy your drinks. BBQ equipment is offered.

The Climate Resilience Tax of 10 Euros/night is not included and will be paid by cash upon arrival.
