A comfortable 2 bedroom city centre apartment hosted by Staycasa Accommodation. Bright, clean and airy situated on the 14th floor in the heart of the city of culture, just minutes away from Oxford Road Train Station with plenty other amenities and transport links.

SPAR Oxford Road, 2 Oxford Rd, Manchester M1 5QA (5 minute walk). The store is open 24 hours a day for convenient arrival and departures. Collection code is provided 1 day before arrival.

2. Pets are not allowed.
3. Must indicate correct no. of guests staying (cost applies for additional guests)
4. No parties, loud music or events allowed
5. Quiet hours between 10pm-8am
6. Minimum age to book is 22.
7. Guests must complete the pre-check-in form with essential details (name, contact information, and a signed agreement to our terms) to ensure safety. Failure to do so will prevent property access.
