Magnificent pool villa on the beach, Korcula island, is a brand new private vacation villa located in a peaceful bay on Korcula’s magical island. It is a waterfront property so that you can enjoy the crystal clear sea only a few steps away. Korcula Town is just 5 minutes drive away from the villa.

The Villa exudes quality and style and features five luxuriously furnished, air-conditioned bedrooms, and it is perfect for 10 guests. There are four bathrooms in the villa with underfloor heating and two additional toilets.

The Space:
The Villa is spread on three floors; ground floor, middle floor, and top floor. The ground floor comprises two modern en suite bedrooms with astonishing views of the sea, a large, private wine cellar, a relaxing cinema room, and a guest toilet. From this area, you will enter the upper floor through the indoor staircase.

On entering the middle floor, you are met with light and spacious open plan living. A modern living room offers many places to relax, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table in the corner is ideal for enjoying a home cooked meal with your family and friends. This area is connected with a wonderful covered terrace with pool and sea views.

Upstairs on the top floor, there’s a master double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, one double bedroom and one bedroom with a sofa bed for two persons. These two bedrooms share a bathroom on this floor.

The central relaxation spot is most definitely the terrace with a heated infinity swimming pool (30 m²) and the lounge area, surrounded by a designer landscaped garden. A hot shower and an outdoor toilet are set next to the pool. There is a cushioned seating area around a fire pit and a built-in barbecue next to it, with a large dining area perfect for an alfresco meal in the lower part of the garden. Few steps down on the beach are the sunbeds and a private jetty, which is ideal for the guests arriving with their own boat.

For an active vacation, there is an exercise room available and four bikes, two kayaks, and two paddleboards for the guests to use.The Villa will definitely provide you with the most beautiful memories from your Croatian vacation.
