The striking blend of longstanding history and appreciation of leisure was recently restored to its former glory, working closely with numerous conservation and restoration experts. The villa is a registered Croatian National Heritage monument.

The Villa’s impressive interiors, quiet and spacious gardens, relaxing, large swimming pool, beautiful sea view terrace with glass bridge leading to it, and a small chapel inside the walls make this villa a unique vacation estate.The Villa offers 6 spacious bedrooms with 6 bathrooms and 2 additional toilets, and it is suitable for accommodating up to 14 persons.

The Space:
The main entrance to the villa is along the waterfront promenade. Entering the southern villa courtyard, its massive stone walls immediately provide an exclusive sense of true privacy, an atmosphere quite different from newly built villas. Furnished with outdoor sofas, the courtyard is focused around the staircase leading onto a very modern structure, the glass bridge, running over the courtyard in full length and connecting two outdoor terraces in the first-floor level.

The main house, comprising 580 square meters of space, is spread over two floors. Croatian stone, top quality wooden and glass materials dominate in the interior. The entrance lounge is the central space of the ground floor. There are two double bedrooms with bathrooms located to the right, one featuring an exit to the gardens and the other having a bench placed within an arched niche, originally an entrance for boats. This area also has a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. There is a professional kitchen fully equipped on the left side from the entrance lounge, a bar area, a spacious living room with a fireplace, and a large dining area with a massive wood and stone table, suitable for 16 people.

The first floor of luxury stone villa with pool, Zaton, Dubrovnik opens to the library, an airy and bright central common area of this level that was previously used as a salon, with large windows and double doors leading to one of the two terraces. This area includes 4 luxury suites on two-floor levels and organized around the same concept: a comfortable lounge and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and floor heating on the lower level, and a wooden staircase leading up to the gallery with a king-size double bed. Satellite TV, safe, and toiletries in bathrooms are standard for each suite.

Behind the main house, entirely secluded by high stone walls, incredibly scented, quiet, and private Mediterranean gardens extend at over 1500 square meters. Together with the outdoor swimming pool, shaded lounge area, and an outdoor grill, the Villa is undoubtedly the place to make the vacation experience as blissful as it can be.
