The Villa was built in 1938 and represents a historic house that nurtures the concept of functionality and space combined with exceptional art in its impressing interiors. Design elements and paintings in the villa are works of famous designers and artists.

The Space:
The Villa is a spacious villa spread on three floors and an attic, comprising 5 modern en suite bedrooms and it offers accommodation for 12 guests, 8 in 4 double bedrooms, 2 in twin bedroom and 2 on an additional king size bed (in the lounge room on the 1st floor).

Ground floor of the villa features large, fully equipped professional kitchen, colorful dining and living area. One bedroom with two single beds and en suite bathroom is on this floor, along with an additional guest’s toilet. Outside the villa, there is an amazing south facing terrace with stunning views to the sea and the city of Dubrovnik. Sunny terrace features heated freshwater swimming pool, private garden, Jacuzzi, teak dining table and lounge chairs. This is an ideal spot to sit and relax while enjoying beautiful view and quiet surroundings.

First floor of luxurious pool villa with wonderful views, Dubrovnik features a suite consisting of spacious salon / living room opening to the terrace with a wonderful view, available even from the hot tub on the balcony. In the living room there is a king size bed, available for 2 persons. Following the living area, there is a charming dining room and one sea view double bedroom with en suite bathroom. One additional bathroom has also found its place here. Ground and first floor are connected through internal and external staircase.

Second floor of the Villa comprises two luxury suites. First suite is dominated by the light and airy bedroom opening to a walk-in sea view balcony. Behind a wall of sanded glass, there is a turquoise mosaic tiled en suite bathroom with luxurious bathtub and a shower. Second suite consists of a sea view double bedroom with en suite luxurious bathroom, sauna with shower room and well appointed mirror room with bath, connected to the attic through the spiral staircase.

Attic of the villa comprises modernly designed, white and spacious bedroom with king size bed, en suite shower bathroom and reading room with small library, perfect for quiet time indoors enjoying a good book.

The Villa features a private garage at the entrance.
