This is a great opportunity to rent a modern 3 bedroom apartment, in central Marbella, with 3 good pools (open all year around) and sea view from your own balcony. This apartment offers you all the comfort you would expect for a fantastic holiday.

I rent 4 apartments in this central beach front building, this one is my biggest one with 3 bedrooms.
Since the building is located at the board walk, it has no formal adress. But its easy to find it since the famous fine dining restaurant Garum is located at the ground floor. Garum has no adress either but you find it at google maps.

With the boardwalk at your doorstep and the central shopping-boulevard at the back, there's really no need for a car!
But if you have a car , there is a garage in the same building upon request.

Numerous shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, gyms & yoga are just around the corner .

At this central location you are close to everything. The building has direct access to the promenade and beach - the board walk litteraly starts at your front door.
Barely 5 minutes reaching into old town and city center.

Big balcony in south and south west location overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Lovely sunsets from the big terrace!

Ideal for romantic pairs, families, golfers and groups seeking pleasure/relaxation.

3 bedrooms with comfortable beds and fresh bedlinen. All with windows and AC. 2 modern bathrooms, both with showers. Air conditioning, fresh bed linen and towels are included, fully equipped kitchen with micro, hob and washing machine.

3 open pools all year around with 3 life guards. Also one pool for children. The apartment is located between the 2 finest beaches in the Centre of Marbella (Venus beach and Playa Fontanilla), with sea view from the balcony.

In the living room you have a seating area with view towards the beach, boardwalk and Puerto Banus. You have free internet, AC and TV even though with the views you would probably not even watch tv.

The apartment sleeps 6 in total.

You also have a dining table indoors, with 5 chairs, that is just next to the kitchen.

Your big balcony has both a dining group for 4 persons and 2 recliner chairs for sunbathing. You have also a sofa for 3 people at the balcony with a small table in front of it.

The rental price includes:

- High quality furniture, white goods, kitchen appliances, cutlery, crockery and balcony furniture

The comfortable King size bed that can be separated into two single beds. Flat screen TV, ceiling fan, satellite, mirrored wardrobes.
Next to the King size bed are two extra full size beds that can be folded out during night time. Baby crib, high chair.

The small but fully equipped kitchen includes grey granite worktops and kitchen table, for 4 persons with the same grey granite table top. Fridge/freezer, Induction, iron/ironing board, Coffee maker, Microwave, water kettle etc.

Fresh quality bed linen and towels are changed between lettings. Apartment is cleaned between lettings. Additional cleaning on request. Towels, soap etc are provided and included in the price.

The big room has large glass sliding window/doors and natural breezes from the sea and mountains mean air con is not needed . The beach is clean and lovely for swimming for adults. Beach is also perfect for little children as it is a cove created by the Marina breakwater so has much calmer water than elsewhere and is very shallow at the edges. You can also watch your children play on the beach from the balcony -if you wish. There is a lovely childrens play area on the beach and two restaurants on the sand, serving food and drink to you on beach loungers. Nightlife is abundant everywhere nearby, it is a very Spanish area with fabulous restaurants and bars.
It is lovely to sit and watch everyone walking along the Paseo both day and night. Walk everywhere - no car needed!

The complex include three swimming pools.
We have recliner chairs for use on the balcony together with outside table and chairs. There are extra sun loungers and outdoor towels to bring to the beach a few steps away. Then you dont need to rent chairs at the beach for 10 euros a day.
During the winter months the sun is lower in the sky and fills the apartment with sun all day - wonderful for lying and sunbathing, half in the room half on the terrace. In the summer it is higher, only on the terrace, which keeps the apartment much cooler!

Costa del Sol is a golfers paradise - also known as the Costa del Golf! Aloha, La Quinta, Marbella Golf are 10 mins and over 40 championship courses within an hour. 9 hole La Dama De Noche great for less serious.

You can sunbathe in the morning and ski in the afternoon! Just 2 hrs away, near historic Granada and the Alhambra Palace. All equipment can be hired on arrival or pre-booked on internet. A perfect day trip and great skiing too! Even night skiing!

Less than 30 seconds away to one of Marbellas best beaches. Walk along the beach and you have a nice 1 hour stroll on the board walk all the way from Marbella to Puerto Banus with fantastic view.
You can hire beach beds and parasols and can also take your own towel and lie on the sand. Yoga and TaiChi are practiced regularly outside apartment. Many more beaches are easily accessed by walking along the Paseo (or the beach of course) in either direction.

Puerto Banus about 10 minutes, Old Spanish town of Estepona 20 minutes. Gibraltar (Duty Free) 50 minutes. Only 15 minutes drive inland will take you to beautiful white villages such as Ojen and Monda, 40 minutes drive to Ronda where you can see the oldest Bull Ring in Spain. Beautiful Mijas is about 30 minutes.

There is a famous outdoor markets of Puerto Banus Bullring (Saturday). There are jet ski for rent and massages on the beach a minute away. The water park at Benalmadena (10 minutes) is a favourite for the kids. Also Go Karting. Numerous banks on Ave Ricardo Soriano (2 minutes behind us) together with all the designer shops!! Spanish Tapas bars are everywhere!

The location of this property is unbeatable. The bright and completely refurbished apartment is located in a small and calm community right on the Paseo Maritimo in Marbella. With its design and distribution in 3 directions, the apartment is bathing in soothing, beautiful light and a nice energy.

The open seaview is spectacular and offers beautiful moments to enjoy morning sun, evening sun and sunsets at the terrace. You find the Gibraltar rock to the west and the silhouettes of the Moroccan mountains on the horizon.

Opening the entrance door, we enter directly in to the welcoming living room. The kitchen is integrated into the living-dining room with its fireplace, creating an open and bright space overlooking the ocean.

This home comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a livingroom with a fireplace and an open kitchen. It has a modern airconditioning system hot/cold and under floor heating in the bathrooms. The property comes with a garage space in the building and a storage room, both included in the price.

We had a wonderful stay in Marbella Spain.
The property was perfectly located! We enjoyed everything about our stay. Our host Jessica made our check in painless. Excellent communication. If you have a car there is a convenient parking garage right behind the building. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Excellent location and apartment
Excellent location with both the beach and city just a few steps away. We just loved to pop down to one of the many restaurants in the neighborhood. The apartment was clean and had all the features a family could ask for. Jessica was a fantastic host and helped us with everything from transport to finding local hidden gems. Een fijne appartement op een uitstekende locatie
Een fijne appartement op een prachtige locatie, ligt letterlijk aan de boulevard. De zwembaden zijn ook heerlijk zowel voor kinderen als voor volwassenen. Alles ligt op loopafstand dus een auto is zeker niet nodig. Jessica (contactpersoon) is een fijne persoon en denkt graag met je mee. Kortom, deze appartement is zeker een aanrader. We komen zeker terug!

We rent out more apartments, all first line Marbella city with amazing ocean view. Sleeps 2-8 people.

It has one of the best positions of the entire coast with stunning views - right on the Marbella beach! Beautiful 'Old Town Marbella' and amazing shopping is 4 minutes stroll away. Walk to Puerto Banus along the marble paseo outside our door. Luxury spa and wellbeing centre with gym (yoga, fitness classes etc) moments away as is fishing, sailing, boat trips and new 8 screen cinema. Many golf courses. Large supermarket 3 minutes, small friendly supermarket 30 seconds! A perfect place to sit on the balcony, watching boats and people below whilst sipping a cool drink! 3 open pools all year around. Playa de la Fontanilla is right in front of your building. And Plays del Faro and Playa de Venus are about 200 metros to your left.
This is truly a great location!
