Spektakuläre Aussicht auf den Strand vom großen Balkon mit Zugang vom Hauptschlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer. Genießen Sie die Delfine von Ihrem Balkon mit mit Fernglas! Diese Wohnung hat extra Fenster in Küche, Esszimmer, eine sehr helle / fröhliche Atmosphäre zu leben.

Umgestaltete Condo - Schöne Granit-Arbeitsplatten in Küche und beide Bäder. Travertinboden in Küche / Esszimmer / Wohnzimmer / Bäder. Extra voller Größe Kühlschrank befindet sich in der Waschküche, separate Eismaschine. Great experience

First time staying at Breakers. Rooms were large, including kitchen. Extra refrigerator/freezer was helpful. Beach right in the back yard. Weather was one of the best weeks we’ve had in over 15 years. It was also close to most of the offsite activities like fishing, boat rides, water park and restaurants. Not too much of an inconvience, but one elevator was malfunctioning on 3 different days. They got someone out to work on it each time. Property was well maintained, secure and quiet. Will definitely consider staying here again.

We loved our stay at Breaker’s East. Our host, Carolyn, made everything so easy. Wonderful communication. The property was more than we expected. The elevator was a bit of an issue for a couple of days, but it all worked out. We plan to make this our regular vacation destination.

Great Place!

Condo was just as listed and shown in pictures. First VRBO that we’ve stayed in that didn’t give me an “ick” about anything. Very well cleaned and all the amenities you would ever need! One elevator still down (which we knew at time of booking) but really didn’t cause an issue of wait times. Would recommend and would consider another stay if we returned to the area!

Nice cosy condo

Reviewer Comments: Loved a 4 night stay here Prosa) The condo is at 11th floor farthest for the elevators and quiet. b) Was nicely spacious for family of 4 with two older kids. They have their own bed room with individual queen beds which they lovedc) The balcony was very spacious with the sea visible from Master bedroom a well as living room. The balcony has access from both rooms. had 2 fans which could be great during summer.c) The kitchen wa well stacked and we did use them for making brunches. Has two refrigerators which was nice but we did not use the second.d) Saw little things that the owner thought and I liked it. For example there was a cooler in the balcony which I thought was nice. There were actual standing speaker system in the house for music.e) Loved the showerhead which was very large and had the feeling of showering in the rain.f) Had pleanty of towels etc g) Kids loved the dedicated 2 pickle ball courts and we used it quite a bit.h) Gated community so was safe.i) Have board games and cards in the drawyer j) Location was great.Consa) The TVs are genuinely outdated especially the master and the kid's room.b) Some lights were not working c) Sometimes if all the folks go to shower back to back hot water ran out probably because I believe the showerhead was very large, using a lot of water.d) No gym in the facility again not an issue with the condo.e) The pool seems to be ot heated so did not see anybodyf) One of elevators are being repaired and will be good by March 24. So have to wait sometimes.g) The toaster did not work h) On right side there is a tall building which block last 20 degrees of the 180 degree view from balcony. But having said that the view is great still with 160 degress of unobstructed view from the reallys pacious balcony.Overall we loved the stay.

Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for home cooking, Having washer/drier and 2 refrigerators in the unit a big plus. Cariline and Erica from Your Assistant on the Beach were very helpful and very easy to communicate with, Breakers East is a gated property directly on the beach. Overall, we had great time and looking forward to return.

Just perfect for our family. The heated pool was great on cooler days, and the covered parking was a plus. The condo was down to a single elevator (in the listing) so that was a small inconvenience.

Family vacation to Destin

Condo was ready to go at the promised time and contactless check-in was very convenient. Unit was freshly cleaned and in great shape. Decor was very cheery! Location directly on the beach was wonderful and view was amazing. We received a welcome text from the property manager welcoming us, but other than that we did not have a need to reach out to them for assistance- the interactions we did have were very professional and accommodating.A couple things that we noticed` The bed in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable. If you like a very firm mattress this would work well for you, however it felt very much like sleeping on a plywood board covered with padding. Didnt get much sleep during our stay ` No starter boxes of tissues were in the unit- would have been nice to have some cleaning supplies for kitchen/cooking clean up` The artwork on the walls behind the beds in the guest room kept falling off while my children were sleeping. We eventually just had to take them down and put them back up when we departed.` The patio door in the master bedroom was very difficult to open.` Getting in and out of the complex was difficult due to high traffic and only right hand turns allowed.Aside from the few minor suggestions above, we were very pleased with the unit. Having the washer and dryer was a godsend, and the second refrigerator came in handy. The included beach chair and umbrella set up was amazing- Overall I would say that we would stay here again, hoping of course for a more comfortable master bed :)

Easy walk right to the beach or pool from the elevator and having included beach umbrella rental was super convenient. Condo was very clean, comfy beds (pillows were a bit flat so might be a good idea to bring your own), plenty of dishware/kitchen items. Condo is located 15-20 mins away from anything and everything you could want or need. Plenty of good food and things to do right along the main highway. Totally recommend!

TV’s, the only smart tv was in the guest bedroom and small so we couldn’t access any of our apps or even stream/mirror our phones to watch any of our usual shows( which we’ve stayed at several other condos here and they all provided smart tvs with most already logged in apps), but the WiFi was great and stayed connected. Erica @ Your Assistant at the beach never disappoints and is always prompt to respond to anything we need!

My condo was everything I needed for a stay at the beach and the decor was whimsical. The beach attendants were very friendly and accomodating. It was one of the most relaxing beach trips I've had...and although Breakers East was an older complex than I normally stay in, it was VERY CLEAN - cleaner than some fancier places I've stayed on the Gulf Coast. We thoroughly enjoyed our week of Spring break! Perfect location on the beach and close to anything we needed. Only downfall is the challenge of entering and exiting the property off 98. We would definitely recommend to others and will seek out again for future vacations!

Spectacular View

We cannot say enough good things about this condo. The beds were comfortable. The balcony was huge! The covered parking was awesome. The chair service and pool were great! The extra fridge was so convenient! The spare bathroom is separated so someone can shower in one room and another can use vanity and sink,that was perfect for two teen girls. The furniture was very comfortable. Being on the 11th floor was actually pretty nice! We could see lots of dolphins right from the balcony. The showers/tubs are very modern and nice. The master bathroom tub is very deep but there is a safety rail if you need help getting in or out. This was our 6th VRBO and definitely the nicest we have stayed at. We would love to come back!
