The Space:
The Villa is a perfect vacation villa for families or friends, accommodating 10 persons in 5 double bedrooms. A small beach is only a few meters below the villa, while the center of Bobovisca is 800 meters away.

The exterior of the modern seafront pool villa in a quiet bay, Bobovisca, Brac, was carefully furnished to provide maximum comfort and privacy for its guests. A heated infinity swimming pool is set on the top level of the villa, offering a magnificent visual connection with the sea and beautiful Mediterranean scents of surrounding pine and lemon trees. Sun loungers next to the pool provide a true sunbathing paradise experience.

In front of the main entrance, there are table tennis and darts and 3 bicycles provided for the guests, which are perfect for exploring the beautiful island of Brac.

The Villa is divided into three floors. The top floor’s entrance features a fully equipped kitchen with a spacious main living and dining area exiting to the swimming pool terrace through sliding glass walls. The living area offers stylish artwork and modern sofas with SAT-TV / DVD, while the dining area provides a large table for 10 persons.

A wooden staircase leads to the floor below, where there are two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a beautiful sea view. There is also a soundproof TV/movie room on this floor, perfect for enjoying some indoor time with your family or friends.
The third double en suite bedroom with a private sea-view terrace equipped with garden furniture is situated on the mezzanine. Storage and laundry room are also in this area.

The ground floor comprises two more bedrooms with en suite bathrooms connected to the courtyard of the Villa. The first bedroom has direct access to the terrace with a table and chairs. The second bedroom is connected to the outside dining area and barbecue with sliding glass doors. This part of the Villa features a summer kitchen, ideal for preparing traditional Dalmatian meals.

In this area, there is also a large storage room for boats. The Villa has a terraced garden, partly covered in white Brac stone and partly in lawn with wooden gates exiting directly to the beach.

The Villa is fully air-conditioned, equipped with modern appliances, 2 kitchens, floor heating, video surveillance, intrusion detection, Wi-Fi, SAT-TV, electric blinds, and provides private parking for 2 cars in the garage.
