Neda Villa is a recently renovated house, located between the seaside village of Almyrida and the traditional, beautiful village of Gavalochori. Almyrida beach is sandy, organized and shallow and offers a variety of water sports. Gavalochori is a well-maintained traditional village; the old houses of the village are renovated with respect to their original form and the new ones are built based on the local architecture and character.

The villa is built in a 1350sq.m. fenced property. On the front there is a large parking space and at the back there are the pool, a lawned area, fruit trees and a nice wooden dining set under the pines.
