The kitchen and lounge open onto the pool terrace with a shaded dining area whilst an impressive staircase leads up to the first floor. Here are 2 further bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a large master with access to two terraces, one overlooks the pool and the other has views to the sea in the distance plus a twin with access to the pool facing balcony. The beds in all of the twin bedrooms can be joined to make double on request. Outside, the garden is fenced and well-maintained, there are sun terraces, a generously sized private pool, comfortable sunbeds a well as a pretty shaded chill-out area. Air-Conditioning and Heating
Where stated air-conditioning is included and acts as a cooling and heating system on a timer (available for use between 14:00 - 16:00 and 20:00 - 08:00 hours).

Electric Cars
Please check in advance if you are bringing an electric car as not all properties have the electrical installation prepared to support this service. If available there is an extra charge, payable in advance on arrival: 100 € per week per car.

Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.
