Situated in a quiet residential area, this penthouse is just a few minutes of walking distance away from the 1700-year-old town’s historic center.
The highlights of this impressive 3-floor and 2-bedroom sunlit penthouse suitable for 4 persons, are the living room, dining area and kitchen combo with an overall 55m2, as well as 2 terraces with breathtaking views, one of which equipped with jacuzzi and outdoor wood fired grill.
The central part of the kitchen features a kitchen island coated with Kerlite porcelain tiles, where you will find a built-in 4-burner electric cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher as well as a spacious worktop. The kitchen has an exotic Sucupira hardwood flooring and is fully equipped with an espresso machine, an ice maker and a wine fridge, while the dining area is furnished with a 6-seater dining table. Right next to the kitchen, you will find an Infrared sauna. While for more cozy moments the living room, with SMART TV, has been enhanced with a firewood oven and decorated with a beautiful painting by the Moroccan artist Timari Timari.
The rooms face north and south. The southern room, with an overall 12m2 and its own balcony, has a fully equipped en suite bathroom with an underfloor heating system and walk-in shower with one wall coated with Kerlite porcelain tiles, a 170x200 queen-size bed, a wardrobe closet and a SMART TV. A painting by Moroccan artist Abu Salam adds a special touch to this cozy and stylish room.
The northern room is somewhat bigger, with an overall 13,25 m2 and also has its own fully equipped en suite bathroom with an underfloor heating system and walk-in shower, as well as a spacious wardrobe, 190x200 king-size bed and a SMART TV.
AULA’s Penthouse MARCHI has high-speed Internet, as well as very powerful and much needed air-conditioning. Smoking is only allowed on the terraces.
Terrace 1 covers an outdoor area of 50 m2 which faces south. It is ideal for evening gatherings as it features a large 8-seater marble table, a wood fired grill, as well as a large 5-person jacuzzi. The jacuzzi area with shower is sheltered by a green wall. The terrace also has waterproof speakers, a projector and projector screen for unforgettable outdoor movie nights.
