Ideal for couples or families to explore the nearby town, beautiful beaches and Spanish coastal walks that Vera Playa and it’s surrounding areas have to offer. A comfortable and well equipped base with everything you could need to enjoy your holiday.
There are 12 steps from the communal pool to the apartment door. The spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/diner has a TV/DVD player, electric oven, hob, fridge, microwave and boasts a great patio garden space ideal for evening barbecues. There are two bedrooms, one has a double bed and ample storage space and the other is twin bedded. The large shower room has a shower, wc, wash basin.
Power and A/C: Air conditioning, heating and electricity included in the rent. Electric heating. The is air conditioning throughout the property.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

Transport: Local buses stop right outside the apartment complex that can take to Vera Town, the Aqua park, Villaricos, Garrucha, Mojacar Playa and Pueblo and also Carboneras.
Alsa buses/coaches leave regularly from Vera town to all major Spanish cities.
Bicycle hire and bike lanes are located in the local area, this is a fantastic was to take advantage of the beautiful beaches and promenades.
Car hire is also available.
Exclusive Airport Shuttles provide transfers from Almeria, Murcia and Alicante airports and drop off is outside the apartment
Local Area: There are fantastic local amenities such as bars, restaurants and supermarkets, all within walking distance of the apartment.
Nearby, there is the vibrant town of Garrucha, which is known for its gastronomical delights of fish and seafood. With most amazing ice-cream parlours, bar and delicious restaurants offering alfresco dining to allow you to make the most of the Spanish evenings.
Further along the coast you will come to Mojacar Beach where you can indulge in water sports, sunbathing, live music and nightclubs. Inland you can explore the white washed hillside town of Mojacar pueblo, a perfect opportunity to immerse yourself into authentic Spanish culture whilst experiencing panoramic views overlooking the Spanish coastline and mountains.
