Situated in a quiet residential area, this apartment is just a few minutes of walking distance away from the 1700-year-old town’s historic center.

This cozy 1-bedroom apartment, facing south, is suitable for 2 persons and is located on the 2nd floor of the building. AULA’s MARCHI 2 apartment includes a bedroom with a 190x200 king-size bed, an en suite bathroom with underfloor heating and walk-in shower, a safe deposit box, a spacious wardrobe.

The fully equipped kitchenette, hidden behind a closet door, features a built-in 2-burner electric cooktop, a sink and a fridge.

This unit also has its own balcony with a table and 2 nest chairs. The apartment is decorated with a beautiful painting by the Croatian artist Goran Lebinac.

MARCHI 2 apartment has high-speed Internet, SMART TV, as well as very powerful and much needed air-conditioning. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.
