This room has double French doors opening onto a delightful west-facing terrace and shared garden – the perfect oasis to enjoy an aperitif or for al fresco dining in the summer months. The garden apartments at the rear of these properties are much sought after for their peace and tranquillity in the heart of the city.
While it’s expected that most guests will use the kitchen for breakfast preparation alone, it nevertheless includes all the appliances, as well as essential cookware and crockery, that will meet most culinary requirements.
The shower room has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

Close to the fashionable and bohemian Stockbridge district, with its trendy bars, restaurants and speciality shopping and a short distance from all the main city attractions, including the Castle and world-famous Princes Street, this stunning apartment is the perfect base for anyone visiting Edinburgh.
Please note that Edinburgh's New Town is built on a steep slope, and the desirable garden apartments, located at ground floor at the rear, are at a lower level than the street level at the front. This 200-year-old building features a grand entrance hall, with the old sandstone stairs leading down 2 levels to the flat entrance, so the apartment will not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
Important note: Scaffolding has been temporarily erected on the front and rear elevations of the building so that a roof repair can be carried out. The apartment is at the rear of the building, and the scaffolding here is only to provide stability - no work is planned to occur at the rear that should disturb the guests.
It is easy to explore the city on foot from the apartment, Princes Street being only 600 metres away. Otherwise there are regular bus services on the main road to the city centre and other areas of the city.
The flat is on the lower ground floor.
This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :)
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
