Unser außergewöhnliches Zuhause Casa Palmilla befindet sich im begehrten Viertel Desert Ridge. Wir befinden uns an der Grenze zwischen Nord-Phoenix und Scottsdale, nur wenige Minuten von den Autobahnen Loop 101 und 51 entfernt.
Dieses fabelhafte Haus verfügt über eine geräumige, offene Bodenplatte mit 4 Schlafzimmern, 3 1/2 Bädern, 2 Wohnbereichen und einem Arbeitszimmer. Unsere Schlafzimmer sind mit weicher Luxuswäsche und einer neuen BeautyRest-Matratze der Spitzenklasse ausgestattet. Alle Betten sind sehr bequem mit brandneuen Matratzen. Wir haben auch große Fernseher im Familienzimmer sowie im Master.
Alle Zimmer verfügen über hohe Gewölbedecken und schöne Holzdielenböden. Wir haben geschmackvoll mit neuen zeitgenössischen Möbeln eingerichtet.

Eines der Hauptmerkmale dieses Hauses ist der Rückzugsort wie ein privater Hinterhof mit vielen Wasserfällen, die in einen Kiesel-Tech-Pool übergehen. Wunderschöne Landschaften und jede Menge Steinplatten machen diesen geräumigen Hinterhof zu einem wahren Paradies. Es ist der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen oder Unterhalten! Wir bieten jetzt einen großen beheizten Pool für eine Gebühr von rund 35 US-Dollar. 00 - 60 US-Dollar. 00 pro Tag in der Wintersaison. Die Schulterperioden sind je nach Monat kürzer. Wir haben derzeit keinen Whirlpool.
Casa Palmilla ist ideal für Paare, Familien mit Kindern über 6 Jahren, Golfer oder Mädchen! Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, an Feiertagen und Hauptwochenenden ein Minimum von 5 bis 7 Nächten festzulegen. Wir haben auch ein Minimum von 7 Nächten für unsere Sommerpreise.

Fantastic Family Vacation!!

Wonderful home, space, pool and location! Exceeded our expectations by far!! Within an hour of being there, we all decided we would definitely stay here again! If we could give more than 5 stars, we would!! We wanted to stay somewhere with a pool, close to stores and shopping and near family in the area. It checked all the boxes. We enjoyed the pool and we never lacked for anything else during our stay! Excellent communication with the Host, which was so nice! Just wonderful!

Gorgeous property

Plenty of space for the whole family to spread out and have their own privacy. Loved the pool and patio area to play board games and cards in the shade. Enjoyed cooking with the nice appliances and having all the extra amenities to cook at home. The property owner even had a dog bed available for our dog. So thoughtful! Loved this home.

We were a group of 7 women who travel together. This house was beautiful. The beds were the most comfortable beds we have slept in. The owners were very kind and responsive. The pool is lovely. Only negative wound be not having a hand rail to get into pool. Would stay here again in a minute if traveling to phoenix.

Awesome Home / Great Location

This home is truly a “home away from home”. We had several family members join us and there was plenty of room for everyone. A lot of pride has gone into updates and the owners have thought of everything, beautifully appointed. Check in was super easy and Kim checked in a few times during the stay to see that everything was going well. The northeast PHX location is convenient and the neighborhood is quiet with walking trails and parks throughout.

Exceptional location for WM Open

Clean, open and very welcoming house for group we hosted to view WM Open. Very close by Uber to course and surrounding areas for food and sun dried. Open floor plan made it easy to hang out in group setting. Would highly recommend to any/all who are looking for a comfortable house setting. Pool would be great in warmer months!!

Beautiful house.

The house and amenities are great. Perfect house for multi-generational families with how it is laid out. Overall everything was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and had all updated appliances. The beds were very comfortable. The pool area was beautiful and the heated pool was great for this time of year. Kim the owner is very responsive and made sure everything was good for our stay. The Desert Ridge area where the house was located is close to everything. Would highly recommend this house for your stay in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area!

THIS HOUSE HAS IT ALL!!

Years ago our family decided we no longer wanted to stay in cramped hotel rooms and started using VBRO! We have stayed in dozens of rentals all over the U.S. This home rates #1 for us. It was the most well equipped, from salt and pepper, spices, paper products, light bulbs, linens, pool towels, even batteries when the smoke alarm failed! Cookware, dishes, glasses were abundant. You can see how beautiful the home is looking at the pictures. The owner must be praised for offering such a wonderful property for others to enjoy. The Tobin Family

Great property, location and hosts

We enjoyed our stay and would rent again if in the area. For the property I would recommend going there first before the grocery store. It is fully stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, cooking essentials (olive oil, cooking spray), aluminum foil, plastic wrap, bath and body works hand soap for each bathroom etc. Plenty of bath and pool towels as well. The house itself is very comfortable with a split floor plan, master suite on one side and 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the other (1/2 bath inbetween both living rooms) and two HVAC’s. There were 5 of us but it would definitely fit more with no problem. Furniture, appliances and finishes all high end. Backyard is beautiful with desert landscaping and trees and of course the pool. Location is spot on. Very close to Desert Ridge shopping center, which has Target and many restaurants. I would highly recommend the Breakfast Kitchen Bar for breakfast, brunch, lunch at Desert Ridge. Since the property is located on the north side of Phoenix, Scottsdale and Sedona are easier to get to. Neighborhood is safe, quiet, clean with high end homes and walking trails. A few more restaurants I’d recommend: The Mexicano, The Arrogant Butcher, The Sicilian Butcher, Maria’s (for fry bread). The hosts, Kim and Stan are amazing. Quick responses via text message or by phone. We didn’t really need much but I’m sure if we did they would be on top of it. Thanks to both of you!!

My husband is a semi retired physician from Denver that loves to golf. I am retired from property management, and love to trail ride my horses in the Colorado mountains. We wanted to find a second home, where we could both spend some quiet time, while still enjoying our hobbies. We also love to swim and wanted to find a home with a spectacular pool and backyard.

We have always loved the North Phoenix/Scottsdale area. It is so close to golf courses, shopping, and the trendy Desert Ridge Marketplace and City North. We fell in love with the Aviano neighborhood with all the open space and parks. It has a Santa Barbara feel, with its mission like architecture.

We knew we wanted to live here, when we walked into the backyard oasis. We wanted a private and beautifully landscaped area, as we spend a lot of time outdoors. We are right next to a lush park with lots of trees, which adds to the beauty of the landscape. The rest of the home was in immaculate shape with gorgeous wood tile plank floors. We knew this place was special and hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
