Villa Bibbiona is a traditional stone farmhouse located in a wonderful country side in the province of Pisa, great location for those who loves stay surrounded by nature but at same time with short drive can reach many interesting sightseen on Tuscany, like Pisa, Volterra, San Ginignano, and as well Liguria, with the cinque terre; the villa is also near to the coast which is 13 km away. The nearest town is Casale Marittimo which is offering supermarkets and other shops.
The villa is set on a panoramic hill and offers wonderful 360° views of the surround nature, there is a private perfectly maintained garden with a private swimming pool of 6x12 mt. 1.50 depth, which can be heated upon request, equipped with sun beds umbrella and covered corner for shade. There is a patio with large table and chairs near to the stone barbecue and pizza oven where to organize al fresco meals.

The villa covers over 600 square meters and develops in two floors; it consists in two independent apartments each with its own facilities, the apartments are also connected to each other by an internal stair case.
The ground floor feature large living room with satellite tv, dining area and fully equipped kitchen; four double bedrooms each with its own bathroom with shower.
The upper floor also feature living room, equipped kitchen and 4 double bedrooms all with private bathroom with shower.

A 30% NON-Refundable deposit is required upon confirmation; the final balance is due within 60 days prior to arrival.
Minimum stay 1 week; changeover day: Saturday.
Check-in: from 04.00 pm to 07.00 pm - Checkout: before 10.00 am.

Security deposit (Refundable):
€ 900.00 to be paid in cash or credit card at the time of the check in and will be returned at the end of stay unless any damage
