Accommodating up to 10 guests, the villa features four elegant double bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and a private bathroom. One of the bedrooms also includes a sofa bed for added flexibility. A fifth bathroom serves the spacious living area, which is characterized by high ceilings, striking architectural columns, and large windows that flood the space with natural light. The living room, furnished with two large sofas and a fireplace, offers a cozy ambiance for cooler days. Throughout the villa, reclaimed wood from the original farmhouse has been repurposed into beautiful handcrafted furniture, adding a unique touch to the interiors.

Outside, guests can immerse themselves in the beauty of the Umbrian landscape from the expansive infinity pool, which offers a stunning, uninterrupted view of the surrounding hills. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire villa, including all indoor and outdoor spaces. The infinity pool, garden, and lounge areas are reserved solely for guests, ensuring privacy and a truly serene experience.
