This luxury studio apartment is situated in the heart of London’s Canary Wharf and is highly desirable both in terms of design and décor.
The apartment is on the 1st floor of a landmark apartment block at the iconic building, a pinnacle of modern, open-plan living and home to a thriving residential community.
It comprises 37 floors and 327 apartments with an elevator, an impressive lobby and a host of amenities including a south-facing terrace where guests can enjoy dockside views.
Floor to ceiling windows give the studio a light and airy feel while the kitchen and open plan living/sleeping area have beautiful wooden flooring.
A stylish room divider perfectly separates the living and bedroom areas into two distinct spaces. In the living area, there is a large sofa and HDTV as well as a circular dining table and chairs for two people.
The bedroom with a king-size bed also has a television as well as ample storage space and views from the Juliet balcony over Waterside Gardens. Features of the tiled bathroom include a walk-in, rainfall shower and underfloor heating.
