The unique villa forms part of an exclusive development of only 18 brand new villas built in the modern design with plenty of open spaces and big windows letting the sunshine in. You literally dip into the open nature thanks to the location of the villa amongst tropical greenery and big surface of glazing overlooking a lush green woodland – 50,000 m2 of protected nature zones.
This small community of private villas has its own territory, secured and gated (barrier and night time security, cameras).

All villas are South West oriented providing sun most of the daytime. Relax with luxury and high end quality in combination with brilliant interior design.
The villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. 300 m2 living area and 60 m2 terrace on 2 levels . Pool size is 36 m2.

Location:

Our villa is in ideally and conveniently located in the heart of the New Golden Mile and only 5 min drive to Puerto Banus and 9 min drive to a beautiful white village of Benahavis set among gorgeous mountains. Benahavis is considered to be the gastronomical capital of Andalucia thanks to its innumerable number of restaurants, some of them with Michelin stars. It is a very popular tourist location and those who like nature can choose to walk the hiking trails or run bicycles. Yet the villa is set in well established residential community. The community is surrounded by excellent amenities and walking distance to local shops, bars and restaurants. (appr 10 min)

Ground floor has one bedroom an open living dining kitchen area, kitchen fully equipped. Kitchen, Living and dining area have a great view to the pool and green zone natural area.

First floor has the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and another Bedroom with ensuite bathroom both bedrooms are connected to a large terrace with outdoor lounge.

Basement has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. There is also a second living room in the basement equipped with 2 sofa-bed and another bed a pool table. The villa sleeps in total 11 guests


The villa plot is just 2km from the beach with a variety of traditional Chiringuito beach restaurants and upmarket beach clubs. There are excellent golf courses in the immediate vicinity including Atalaya Golf and country club, less than 1km from the villa plot are the beautiful courses of Guadalmina Alta and Guadalmina Baja within a 2 minute drive. Just 5 minutes further on takes you to Nueva Andalucia’s famous golf valley and premium golf courses such as Las Brisas, Los Naranjos and Aloha.

You are welcome to check in anytime, but late check ins after 21 pm will be charged 100€ late check in fee.

Please, mind that the villa is originally 4 bedrooms with a standard capacity of 8 guests. Guests, exceeding villa capacity will have to pay 50€/day person.

Security deposit 2000€ is required prior or upon check in.

Swimming pool heating option is available at 350€/week
